Little update regarding my scam accusation:

Two days after I published my scam accusation, the case was finally looked into by the Betkin staff. I was recredited the confiscated funds and was able to submit a new withdrawal request. However, it’s now been nearly three weeks, and I still have not received the funds. Live support is unavailable, and they haven’t responded to any of my emails either.

So, the matter is not resolved, and I’m still waiting for my money.. patiently..
They had various problems before, so one was posted on the report board, and the campaign manager got a red tag. The campaign manager said there that he did nothing wrong and was always trying to do better on his part. He messaged a few people, saying that he should fix various mistakes.

After that passed, the campaign manager came up with a review campaign again, and now this kind of problem is showing up again. He has been waiting for his payment for a long time and is not getting any help from their life support. This is not good for a casino site. They are doing very poorly in terms of customer service. Let's see what happens if they come online; maybe they can solve the problem.

Well past and this current issue is already a big red flag for this casino.

Its better for people not to trust them anymore unless they would fix it. But for sure people will doubt to gamble here especially that they didn't perform well here. To bad for the manager that he's been dragged on this and his reputation has been ruined due past mistake he made and also for handling another campaign from Betkin. Also the current scam accusation they got would provably hurt their reputation. Many people here might not gonna waste their time to take a risk to gamble in their casino.

So what you're saying is that you're back to square one, and they actually did nothing to solve your issue?

This is indeed very concerning for a casino that seemed to have great potential to succeed and build a solid reputation and trust here.
OP hasn’t been active for a while, but in his last reply, he confirmed your story and that you won the money fair and square. So there’s no reason to delay your withdrawal and it’s going to be hard for them to come up with an excuse to justify that.

I hope they will come back online soon and fix this. Otherwise, you’ll need to quote their last reply in your scam accusation thread and ask DT members to red-tag them.

He's waited for three weeks already if am not mistaken, and depending on how urgent he needs the money, I would say that he wait for atleast one week more or possibly give them the benefit of doubt for another on mouth, that's a total of two months (8 weeks), after this time, if neither the op of this thread came online and helped to resolved this issues, and or non of the casino's representatives came here, then he should consider recreating his scam accusation against this casino and let the DT members handle the issue.

Like you said, this was indeed a very promising casino, one that would have succeeded well regardless of how their beginning was, but it's very unfortunate that they have choosen to not be trusted.

With the additional fact that the Betkin's official representative is also not active in this forum for almost 3 weeks, it is also a red flag so anyone in this forum is being warned.
Slow responds from the support (email) is just another red flag, good casino wont let their user to wait for this long without any communication with the user.
It is so unfortunate, as I can see is that betkin started their journey in this forum well but it is not followed by good services.

I thought the case was over after the representative account responded to the case and requested a re-withdrawal. It turns out that everything is not over yet.
Such a case should not involve the campaign manager and should be more directed at the casino itself. But this manager's case is a little different. He put himself in a difficult situation.

If the withdrawal still cannot be done, provide proof of the failed withdrawal and the casino account will be tagged. This case should warn those who participate in the review campaign or want to try the casino.

I think this is the most viable solution to ping the Betkin representative since @userkevin merited the representative last reply to the case which means he is still monitoring this thread and in connection with the team.

I think they recently have had a review campaign on the services board so there’s a high chance that are still in regular contact for their promotion purposes in the forum.

It’s just odd that the representative become offline for a long time after responding on pending case that seems resolved the issue.

The campaign manager once stated that he spent over seven months with the betkin team before they finally hired him to launch and manage the signature ad campaign for the gambling company, what this means is that they must have some really strong bond or relationship that can't easily be seperated regardless of how things turned out with the campaign and all that..

So, definitely, the campaign manager is still direct contact with the team, but the question is whether he is ready to help and ensure that issues arising are solved for the good reputation of the casino?
And if paraadventure the casino isn't actually as legit as they initially claimed to be at first, what is the guarantee or assurance that the campaign manager isn't part of the management of the casino?

Honestly, at this point, I had already written off the money as lost, as I did not expect them to pay me out. To my surprise, today I received the pending withdrawal after a month and a half. It seems they did not pull an exit scam after all and eventually paid me. I have also updated the scam accusation and marked it as resolved.

Honestly, at this point, I had already written off the money as lost, as I did not expect them to pay me out. To my surprise, today I received the pending withdrawal after a month and a half. It seems they did not pull an exit scam after all and eventually paid me. I have also updated the scam accusation and marked it as resolved.
I am glad that you finally got your money back, though it was a painfully long time of waiting. I wonder why it took them so long to do the right thing. Perhaps because of bad publicity from your complaint?
Also, what was the statement from the customer support when they considered releasing your funds, or they just did it quietly?

Regardless, anyone would have to be so careful if they are considering using Betkin.com for now

Although they finally decided to solve your issue and process the withdrawal, I don’t think it’s wise to continue using their services and depositing there again. At least, not until they provide a reasonable justification for why it took them that long to let you withdraw your rightful winnings.
Denying that they made changes to their terms of service, not informing their customers about it, and applying those changes retroactively is also very concerning!

True, if I were in that situation, I wouldn’t gamble for a second chance either.
Waiting that long is already stressful, so why risk it again?
Sorry to say this here in the ANN thread, but I hope it’s alright, just sharing my opinion too.

A casino needs to maintain a good reputation, especially when it comes to payment processing. Unless there’s a very valid reason for the long withdrawal hold, making players wait that long is really not acceptable, at least in my opinion.

Honestly, at this point, I had already written off the money as lost, as I did not expect them to pay me out. To my surprise, today I received the pending withdrawal after a month and a half. It seems they did not pull an exit scam after all and eventually paid me. I have also updated the scam accusation and marked it as resolved.
Glad to hear it. That was unexpected. Betkin team have taken too much time to send your funds. Their silence had made the situation worst. Betkin representative has received 2 negative feedback for their silence. You have already locked the scam accusation thread. I'm mentioning 'nutildah' and 'yahoo62278' here so that they can update their feedback (if they want) according to the current situation.
Luckily, they finally paid out users who had been having withdrawal issues for quite some time. For a new casino, they had too many issues at the start. Certainly not good for their business.
The tags may be updated. It is useful to warn anyone who wants to do business or use their casino. There is a risk of unprofessionalism in their team or campaign manager.

You can read some of the replies above, and also some on the previous page to find out.
The representative account is no longer active and the manager who handles the campaign is also no longer responding. Their campaign seems to have just stopped without any notification in the thread. Even the spreadsheet is not updated. They seem to have disappeared.

You can also see the tags on the representative account, they are not professional. You don't need to expect too much for your withdrawal, but if you want to open an accusation thread, you can do it with the evidence you have, because you are the injured party.

It's a pity that you came to the forum so late that you didn't know about the chaos with this casino... where they had more problems with withdrawals and also with the signature campaign.

Maybe it's true as others have said you should make a  Scam Accusations about this casino, who knows there are others who help resolve related issues with their representatives.

You may not be a customer who learned about this casino from bitcointalk, which makes you miss a lot about the casino. I don't expect you to lose money because this casino doesn't handle your withdrawals, but you should probably be thankful that you didn't go too far. I hope you didn't lose much and your withdrawals were processed, but here we all can't help much when the casino representatives are not actively participating in discussion.

My question is, how many of these unprocessed withdrawals are there, something big?

If you read the most recent comments above yours, you will see that another user complained about the exact same thing.
Fortunately, he was able to withdraw his funds but he had to create a scam accusation thread against the casino and had to wait for a month and a half for that to happen.

I hope your case will get resolved as well (hopefully without taking that long, though). I don’t think it’s fair to call them a scam at this point, but the lack of communication is really concerning and it's more than enough reason to avoid using their services.

Fortunately, I haven't paid in much. I have made a good profit that I would like to pay out. With a 10 euro deposit, I won around 5000. Of course I would be happy to receive a payout, but I'm primarily glad that I didn't deposit more money.

 I only read the reviews here later and therefore registered and enquired as I was surprised that nobody seemed to process anything at the casino. I will definitely make a complaint, even though I know that there is little chance of success. Thank you in any case for the quick response.

I am sorry to take us aback. I have some controversies sorrouding the user who managed their brief campaign in the forum. At a time I didn't follow up again but I do remember that the manager was tagged for bad behaviour, my question is, did that drama extend to the casino.

Even if a campaign manager didn't represent a casino well, it doesn't mean that the casino should go bad or leave their reputation in the hand of their campaign manager. The casino can swing in, change their CM and set the record straight. Was it not the case with BetKin?

I also just wanted to ask if anyone has cashed out at Betkin yet. The thing is, the status of my withdrawal request has been unchanged for 5 days. In addition, there is no live chat and nobody has responded to emails for 5 days.
There is also no response on the social media platforms.
I will now wait another 2 days, if nothing happens by then, then a complaint will probably be the only possible way.
