Yap they did a good start here as a new casino as what you have already mentioned, but I do not think they need to be in a rush to launch a signature campaign.
First thing they need to have is great/attractive offers such as promotions, contests or anything we usually call it because without great offers, signature campaign wont be effective.

I usually not impressed by the site graphics etc and also not keen to much concern as how the site is presented. For me, if the site have good reviews by the gamblers, only then it catches my attention.
