Yeah, moderation is the key to doing everything that we do right, anything or whatever that we do that is good can turn to bad if and when we over do it.

I do tell gamblers never to let the idea of trying to recover their funds get into their heads. You might be trying to recover your funds while putting your remaining funds at risks the more.

Everyone has their own personal conditions for staying in a casino. Sitting in front of a laptop for long periods of time increases eye strain as well as other health risks. I took the advice of a doctor for this problem. They advised me not to sit for long periods of time. I followed the doctor's advice.
