On the other hand, casinos also have the right to set their own terms and conditions, although we might prefer them without them, or at least less stringent ones.

Are you saying you can't use your free bet at all, or do you have issue with placing a parlay bet?
I don't have any free bet now and I can't check it, but if your freebet has been credited, you should see a button for using that when trying to submit your bet.

The total number of goals scored is used as a tie-breaker? Am I right?
I mean if two people are tied after the 8 matches, the one with closer prediction of number of goals will be placed higher? Right? Or it's just the 9th question and one gets point from that only if total number of goals is exactly predicted?

I remember I had the same issue before and it was fixed on its own after a few minutes.
