Not my internet nor my pc, and the only site i experience this sort of thing on. As you can see, it is literally unplayable. If this is by design, and the rapidly fluctuating multiplier makes it appear as choppy as hell, i'd be genuinely surprised. Its too much for the eyes to focus on.

I have watched the video, and it is normal there. BetHog team has designed the game in that way. The game is playable, but you will fail to cashout on a desired multiplier if you try to do it manually. So, the best option would be to set a targeted cashout point. Did you experience that yourself (unresponsive cashout button)?
If you are unable to manually to cashout at the desired multiplier then this is definitely a serious issue that needs to be fixed asap as it may cause losses for players while they were supposed to win.
However, I guess the issue is only related to the animation which doesn’t affect the game's functionality but still needs to be improved (it doesn’t look that good/attractive, tbh).

Just like you we, have also experienced this issue. At first, I felt the way you did but then Greg one of the bethog admins on telegram group has siad that that "auto withdraw is not activated for all users yet". It means that they are working on it and that will be fixes as soon as possible.

Our discussion was related to the system of the game, which you have also mentioned as animation in your post. The main problem is that the multiplier goes up and down instead of going up only.
