I don't face any casino that did not return my money or do not allowed me to withdraw.  I have been playing in different casinos for more than 10 years now and I did not experience any suspension or delay on my withdrawal.

As much as possible I always check their TOS and see which action is banned or restricted on their platform.  As a client, we need to abide by the terms and conditions of the casino if we want not to encounter any trouble

I have thus same thing to say as I have been gambling for more than 15 years and not for once has any casino failed to pay my winning. Before using any casino, I also check their TOS and also run a little search of what people have to say about their reputation and once that is conformed and I'm comfortable with they TOS, I go ahead and use and trust me. While in addition to the list you mentioned above, another thing I think we need to do if you think a casino took your money and refused to pay you is to check the casino's minimum withdrawal limit, because there are some casinos that has different withdrawal limit for different withdrawal methods, whereby the minimum withdrawal limit for fiat can be $20, while for crypto might be $25, and as such, no matter how many times you try to execute your withdrawal, it will never be successful, simply because the amount is lower than it's minimum limit meant for withdrawal.
