1. Correct. Some of the levels have the same VIP feature. As we stated on the website, this table is an indication of what you can expect to receive from each tier. It's not like you can expect rewards from every level. We just divided the levels and made a ranking system.

2. The rakeback change is obvious. The higher rank a user achieves, the higher % of rakeback they get. It is not revealed on the table, though.

3. Unfortunately, I do not have enough information about it. If you are a VIP member, your VIP host will assist with this information.

I haven´t done KYC yet. I suspect that this is the reason why the payout is blocked. Before I provide any documents I would like to know which ones they are asking for. And KYC is of course no problem for me.
