For any platform your brand has representative there, if there are user complaints, your team must handle it properly to nullify invalid accusations or to resolve valid accusations, if necessary. I think the big difference is that they are here on the forum. That's a decent offer and I can see it has some very particular wording - it is not based on wagering amounts.
