Any plans to list DAI as a tradeable token? On ERC-20 at least.

CCE.Cash has always supported ERC20-DAI and is supported on both POL (Polygon PoS) and BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain) networks.

This is what confuses me. I know that Binance Smart Chain and Polygon PoS are separate from Ethereum, and thus have their own versions of DAI there, but when selecting Ethereum network from the drop-down list, I do not see any option for DAI. Only USDT and I think USDC (I'm not sure).

As users, we want to pay the fee as little as possible. It is up to the exchanger to optimize it so that the users remain satisfied, and at the same time that the business brings them enough profit.

The swap of one order in several different currencies should not additionally affect the fee, unless one of the coins is Monero, where the fee is lowered to 0.5%. In the end, the input amount is always the same.
