Guys, we've published a new tweet!

Brazil's central bank announced new anti-fraud rules, and some cryptocurrency transfers will be delayed for up to 24 hours. The new rules will take effect next year. https://t.co/e5uAPLFNdH

With best wishes, ♻️ CCE.Cash

This is bad news to those who live in Brazil; however, is the delay applied to next year? Or did it start today?

Based on trending news, it seems it will take effect in Jan. 1, 2027; it's still far. It seems this is their way to prevent fraud. I've read an article that says only users who transfer $10k will be affected by the 24-hour delay.

So I guess it does not apply today yet.

Source ---> https://www.reuters.com/world/americas/brazil-tightens-crypto-transfers-curb-fraud-2026-08-07/
Quote
The rule, which takes effect next year, applies to transfers over $10,000 sent to foreign virtual-asset firms or to self-custody wallets.
The threshold ‌can be measured per transaction or by a customer's total transfers in a single day.
The central bank said the delay could also apply to other transactions that require closer scrutiny under risk-management policies.
It added that the measure is not an asset freeze and does not permanently block transfers.

It is not that bad, as the limit is $10,000 per day or $300,000 per month for each platform or wallet withdrawal, which is sufficient for most traditional traders, and I believe that the user can open an account in several trading platforms and thus increase this limit to a larger amount.

The problem is it starts with a "good" limit like this and soon they limit to $1000 per day because they want more control. In Brazil we have a lot of capital control like the IOF tax to prevent people selling the brazilian real money to usd and euros

$10k per day can be ok most of the time, but what if you need to send a lot of money to escape a sudden dictatorship? I know it's an extreme situation but this is where freedom is appreciated. Sad

Only after January 1st 2027 and it can be changed if the next president is not Lula Angry

The news bulletin is already here! We actually wanted to add more, but we decided not to overload you with information!

According to a16z data, as cryptocurrency cards gradually become a mainstream payment method, their monthly spending volume has exceeded $750 million. https://t.co/hp5FhSC3Yi

Exactly, mikael_012 did the perfect breakdown of the current situation in Brazil. In Brazil, there's already talk (though implicitly) of capital controls starting next year, in addition to split payments where the government will begin charging tax DIRECTLY AT THE SOURCE  on every transaction between a merchant and an individual. We're screwed.

https://valorinternational.globo.com/politics/news/2026/07/21/lula-campaign-sends-conflicting-signals-on-economic-policy.ghtml

But it seems that after a few days "those rumors were denied." I will pay to see that, that's exactly what they want!

When the Lula government says that the rumors are denied, it means it is true

This is not the first time they had a very bad thing for privacy or to increase tax on citizens and they denied just to be truth

Remember when they increased the tax for everything that we buy from China markets like Aliexpress which are a lot cheaper than local business that only buys from China but can charge more? He said the company would pay the tax and not the customer. Now we need to pay double because of this. Sad

To go back on topic and talk about cce.cash
Q. For the cce.cash team, when will you optimize responsiveness and adapt the page to different browser sizes?
Today, this shouldn't be too much of a problem, and it would certainly improve the user experience.

Cryptocurrency cards are the future, they're still not yet part of everyone's lives but as more people start using the crypto cards then the volume will exceed not only $750 million but in  billions. The good thing about such cards is that everyone can use those cards anywhere in the world without any issues, but the bad thing about those cards is that they require KYC at first step and without it one can't use such cards. Do you people know any card provider that doesn't need KYC as the ones I tried require KYC verification.

I always use my tabs maximized, I hadn't noticed this problem with responsiveness in cce site, does anyone have the same problems with screens with very low resolutions (old monitors)?

KYC is not the biggest problem if you are in a country that does capital control such as charging tax on international transactions.

Have you ever thought that someone needs to have a view of 4 different exchanges at the same time? No matter what the reason is.
The fastest solution is to resize 4 tabs and place them next to each other. cce.cash is one of the few where responsibility is not well done

It has nothing to do with the monitor, but with the intention of having such an option. The fact that you use one way does not mean that others do not have different needs.

What do you think of this news?

Data from Kazakhstan's Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development shows that from early 2023 to May 2026, the country's certified miners and mining pools mined a total of 7200 bitcoins, peaking at about 3400 in 2024. https://t.co/qv8fyzBLDm

With best wishes, ♻️ CCE.Cash
I like your slogan, because in fact CCECash does provide the best service on its site, a few days ago I tried again to exchange BTC for USDC, for an amount of no more than $50.
I like to see transactions that are quickly detected on the site, a few minutes when I send BTC, TXHash immediately appears there.

What's more, the low fees and the wide choice of networks give me a lot of options for where I should send my USD, it helps me a lot.

I don't think they put all ETH in a single address and send all ETH from that wallet. But for a business owner, I am sure this is the only address they have for Ethereum. At least if they end up being compromised, only one wallet is affected.
But upon checking, it seems this is the only address they have because when searching other addresses with the same label it doesn't show any other ETH address.

Did you check the ERC20 token; it seems empty. By checking the tokens under ERC20, they are almost fake or poison/a trap.
I think they have a separate wallet for that, I guess.
