I believe most gamblers of the forum often visit this gambling section. But I regret to see that often we have been seeing a lot of allegations of scam accusations about gambling sites that are inactive on their official announcements. Even their representatives aren't active on the forum as well. I am just wondering how lazy a gambler is who doesn't even want to bother reading their official announcement thread and doesn't read their reviews here. But after being scammed they create accusation.

If an allegation is raised about an inactive gambling site, we can't even expect a reply from them. In such a case, the victim becomes hopeless. But before becoming a victim, he didn't come here or didn't want to find the announcement thread.

Before starting to gamble on a site, you can simply search their announcement thread here. If they exist on this board, simply read about them and see what others said. If they are active and supportive, then you can try to play there. Besides that, you may read their profile if they have negative feedback from DT members.

To be fair, some create an account here to make a complaint after they have been scammed. They discover this forum in their search for a solution, same way they can find a subreddit to complain after they have been scammed. Active users here, I would assume, would know how to rate casinos with presence here and decide which to play on.

There is also the huge possibility that a player can be scammed by a casino that is active here and with no significant bad reviews.

But it would be very funny not to know to research about a gambling site or any site before you decide to register on the site. No, it's laziness 100%. You read people writing that users should always read the ToS before trying out a site, or read their ann thread. Noone reads either really, especially not the ToS because it's just too long and tedious to read.

Gamblers want to jump from site to site and get paid ASAP when they win. Plain and simple. They are too ADHD or whatever to take the time to read anything, they were just told by someone to try this site out and they depo. Then when the site turns out to be scummy, they open a thread here and hope we do their work for them.

Not just gamblers either.  I can't tell you how many times someone has gotten mad at me just because they had no idea what they were actually doing, hadn't done their research, and just aped into something without understanding it.  With gambling it is more straightforward like you put.  People just want to get paid quickly when they win without being scammed.  I guess that's why signature campaigns exist.  You can at least look at someone's trust and decide if they would or wouldn't advertise a scammy operation just for money.

Sadly, I have a feeling that a lot of gamblers who post scam accusations against casinos do not know about this forum before they experience their issue, and they just come across this forum or hear about it when they start looking for platforms to post their complaint and hopefully get some help. That being said, gamblers really should do their own research on a casino they plan to play at. They should also read the casino's ToS. I've seen a lot of gamblers complain about the casino and then later admit they inadvertently break one of the casino's ToS because they do not know about it.

If it’s a known member of the forum that makes this kind of mistake then it will be okay to put the blame on them for being too lazy to go through the Ann thread of the site or check other people’s comments about their experience while using the site but if it’s a newbie account or an account that was created solely for the sake of that scam accusation thread creation you really can’t blame them for not going through the Ann thread because as some have already pointed out most of them heard of this forum after being scammed.

Not 100%. Some people did not know announcement thread exist because they have little knowledge about this forum. Also some people did not lose their money because of not reading the terms of service. They lost their money because the casinos gone bad and start scamming people which is what this thread is all about.

I remember I joined Cryptotalk first and through a signature campaign ad on this forum without actually knowing anything on this forum. Infact, I joined this forum after many months. I knew Cryptotalk through this forum since 2nd of October 2019. I even thought it was this forum until I saw some discussion about this forum there.

I agree, laziness is part of it but not all is laziness. Ignorance is also part of it.

If something like that happened to me, there are many people that are not even part of this forum that know about some gambling sites through this forum ads.

Even those who only come to lay complaints about a casino on this forum; it's not an excuse for them not to make their own research and know about a casino before they make use of it. The same way that you can be able to locate where you can report an issue; if you pay more attention and devote such time, you can be able to locate a good review about a casino even before you make use of it. Unless you are not a member of this forum, I wonder why you will be gambling on a crypto casino that has no ANN thread here in the forum or a casino that has an inactive ANN thread. The only people who I think are permitted to make such mistakes are outsiders and not members of the forums.

Everything is not always only when the person gets affected; before they will make research.

Some of these people depend fully on the referrals of close friends and family too, so they really think it unnecessary to do their own research. A costly mistake in some cases.

Actually, not every gambler knows that most casinos or gambling sites creates an Ann thread here on this forum. We have so many other forums where such sites places their announcements. Such gamblers who end up creating scam accusation thread on the forum after having issues with an inactive casino, might have been referred here by Google or what ever link they clicked to try find help. So I won't totally blame them as well. But then they should try their best to do research on hold reputable casino before registering on them.

For me reading the ANN thread alone is not even enough but I go all the way to a point where I check and be up-to-date with current events, casinos reputations matter and can easily be known just by being active on their ANN thread, as members''' make comments a lot of things will be reviewed and posted be it negative or positive directions., so being active on an ANN thread is somewhat very important.

Yeah, I wonder how they actually stumble upon those services. Do they click an ad and just visit the website to make an account without doing any research at all? I'm sure those who spam their ANN thread and leave the forum or social media are never a legitimate business in the first place. Did someone tell them, and for some reason, they have to make an account quickly?

On the other hand, sometimes scammers create a new account to post their website on various forums with scam accusations, too. It sounds weird, but I'm sure it happens multiple times here. They probably do that to leave a link or something to boost the visibility of their website on the search pages. CMIIW.

Thank you for putting this up boss and I really appreciate your efforts and advise that you just passed across. One thing is that many gamblers are too lazy or becoming that too slack on reading or even to read most of the casino ToS because they felt after account registration they would go straight to start gambling without having to enquire things that are important from the gambling site.

From my observation if you watch carefully you would see that only newbies account that usually comes to lay this allegation or accusation to gambling site and I have never a trusted and reputed gambling facing this issues and when I tried to know the reason I think most people said that those who are complaining are not directly having account from here and most of them do search this forum and when they got the information needed then sign up to this forum to lodge complain.

From my investigation this forum filters out information on gambling or in accusation on google whenever you uses google to search information regarding gambling site that scam people. So most of the newbie are not originally come from here from the onset so those who understood how the system works usually have their most preferred gambling site they usually used to gambling and for that you wouldn't see them labeling those gambling site scam or whatever, and one more thing again, in almost all the cases it's about cheating and that is what all the gambling site do not like and they highly frown upon cheating with bonuses or referral bonuses.
