I happened to encountered someone today at the gambling shop in a local betting site gambling, and guess what? He was betting on virtual game with the hope to double his balance before he could go to a meeting he was invited.

Now, how did I know he was going to a meeting?
After emptying himself he hanged around the local betting shop while I go steps in to place a bet as well on 2 match since I was out of Internet subscription so I quickly ran to local betting site to place the bet and have my ticket (slip) on me.

As I was leaving I saw someone very angry looking voraciously, and he stops me and said bros can you help me with something so that I can pay to a meeting where I was invited? I stopped and stepped a bit away from him and asked what happened? But from his explanations and his attire I knew he wasn't lying about what he told me, I had to improvised for him to go immediately to the meeting place even though he was so angrily looking because he lost everything, this now drag my attention to this place to ask if gamblers can also be an angry people?

Since I usually knows that there is a saying that says "an angry man is always hungry man" is this true?

People gets angry and People gambles there's your answer.

If we have to prove that anyone who gamble will get angry then it needs medical evaluation of samples who does that in the right way then we can say gambling affects someone's behaviour.

if you get angry or if gambling has an impact in your mood or behaviour this is not a good sign on my opinion.
you must stay calm and have fun even in case of a loss. Moreover these reactions are situation where they are trying to mask the necessity of a win for having money. No If you gamble for making money and not able to bet wisely well, there is a problem here.

I have seen many insane scenes while I was working in racecourse park when gamblers lost their money and how they reacted this is some time funny but mostly shocking and scary as well because many big fights and tense exchanges happen behind the scene because as mentioned no one want to lost money.
In many countries its banned because officials understand consequences of results which happened while It's also had bad impact on developing countries where education is not good level and peoples after losing gamble faced terrible situation even many are having life on risk with families also suffered which bring trauma for kids.
Well-developed countries are doing good work, and they are using this as entertainment but still things have never been easy after losing money and having side effects of these loses which bring bad things for loser.

People can be angry if something annoying or disappointing happened but that should not be because of gambling. Also that is irresponsible gambling.

Yeah, we should know that many people who gamble because they're stressed out, having a problem or want to make money. When they're in those condition, pretty sure if the results doesn't go like what they expect, they will angry and even go crazy by damaging the facility.

Anyone can get angry most expecially at the time things are not going there way. You don't expect them to be happy and put on a smiling face when he's lost everything on gamble. At that point, his reaction is just a product of what has happened to him and nothing personal. Any other person that's passing through a phase in life or that lost a substantial amount can also react that way. It's not about gambling but the fact that losing always cause one to feel a sense of rage.

The actual notion is the reverse. It's an hungry man that is referred to an angry man and the feeling an hungry man experiences is similar to what someone that has lost a bet experience. Both individuals aren't at a favourable state so nothing tend to make much sense to them at that instance.
