With time, the number of scammers in the crypto world is increasing day by day. To protect yourself from them, you need to follow some rules and regulations, such as

1.Never share your wallet's private key and sheet phrase with anyone.
2.Turn on 2FA Authentication before using it on an exchange.
3.There are many fake apps on Google Play Store, be careful about this, if you install them, all your information will be passed on to the scammer.
4.Some scammers may encourage you to buy scam tokens through Telegram.
5.Stay away from any website or exchange that will give you 10 times the profit of your investment in a short time. There is profit and risk in Crypto, no one can guarantee 100% profit.
6.Be careful if you are asked to connect a wallet in the name of Free Token or Airdrop Sometimes, when you connect your wallet on these sites, the scammer gets control of your account.
7.Use a hardware wallet like Ledger or Trezor, for large amounts.
8.Before registering on any exchange or website, make sure that it is verified.

It is very important to be aware of crypto scams, as scammers are constantly using new techniques to defraud. Since you are new, you need to gain more knowledge. You can follow @1miau posts. Your best advice regarding Cryptocurrencies is to read the guide on this topic carefully and you will learn a lot. You will find a lot of important information about all the topics in the Beginners & Help board. One more thing to remember, patience is the key to surviving in this place.

Of course I hope you have acquired some basic knowledge before joining the forum. You should always keep in mind that you cannot copy and paste from others. Prepare yourself in such a way and follow the senior people running in the forum how they have presented themselves about Bitcoin. Definitely you're not doing bad. A lot of the highly ranked members of the forum started off this same way with little or no knowledge on bitcoin investment prior to joining the forum. This might just be me sharing how my journey has equally been at the start. You get to learn by observation and trying out every bit of information you've seen on the forum and with time it becomes your home and you pretty much adapt to how the forum works. Even with rules that sometimes looks really strict, it's one good thing that has helped the forum stay cleansed from the bad eggs that keeps joining the forum too often.

Even the big thymos started from somewhere so just just keep going and with time you will eventually rank up as long as you keep pushing.

Welcome to the forum. I hope you have a nice experience here. I also want to advise you to try and learn the right way while you are here. Learning how to make a good post and how not to create unnecessary topics in the forum is also advised.

I believe this thread was created in error though as a newbie. When you want to make a post, you first open a thread and use either the "reply" or "quote". By so doing, you make your post about the given topic without creating more threads that are not very relevant.

One of the crucial aspects I may request you to consider at first is that if your activeness, you need to remain being active on the forum so that you may experience your learning and acheive something from it over time.
