This thread is blowing up as the days go by. I haven't posted here in a while, just come around and read a few reasonable discussions and speculations of what would decide the fate of this competition for the final game, for the season.
I don't know if Arteta feels the pressure one bit, but their win against Crystal palace yesterday just unlocked a different level of confidence for them, and I'm wondering-- what's the plot in Paris? Luis Enrique obviously isn't a dramatic type and the results have spoken so well for him, but what are we expecting on the 30th? Can they show up and defend this trophy, then put themselves in the golden shelve of history as the 2nd club to ever do so? Let's wait for the results in 5 days!

Yeah discussions here are very interesting especially for those who are football lovers I usually post here because i just can’t help myself when ever I see an interesting conversation, the champions league competition is one of the best competition in the world I think after the world cup competition the next is the champions league that is why you see interesting discussions here always.

Permit me to correct this part of your statement.. You should rather say the champions League is the most prestigious competition/trophy in the world of football.

I don’t think Arteta feels any kind of pressure right now, he has succeeded in lifting the premier league trophy this season so even if he doesn’t succeed to lift the champions league on 30th it won’t affect him that much, come to think of it when was the last time Arsenal reached the Champions League final so to Arteta he has already achieved success so his not on any pressure he may actually end up winning the champions league trophy this season anything can happen in football.

I can't even recall when last Arsenal got to the finals in the champions League, but the better part of me strongly roots that the trophy be taken to France. I haven't been able to see a wider algorithm that doesn't engulf an Arsenal fan doing something goofy, or mascots flying in the air, or the repetitive magnification of how tough it is to win the trophy (as if other teams have not been doing so all these years) etc.

They have literally qualified ahead of AC Milan and Juventus for the first time in history of the Champions League competition. This is thanks to the management who supported and also made sure that he had the backing he wanted, maybe not all but taking these young determined boys to the Champions League competition is indeed an unbelievable thing to see.

As always, I think PSG has an impressive attack, the best in the tournament if I'm not mistaken. Just think of Bradley and Dembele, while Arsenal has the best defense in the tournament. And here, there's the risk of a stalemate. I tend to give PSG a higher percentage win, given that they've already won the Champions League several times, but Arsenal haven't reached the final in 20 years, and that makes them hungry. For now, I think PSG will take it home, but we'll see what happens.

I think a lot of credit should go to Cesc Fabregas for what he has done at the team, I think he has the potential of becoming a top manager in the game and I just prat his career keep getting better.

They truly impressed everyone this season with their performance. Meanwhile, let's not forget that the awful performance of AC Milan and the bad results of Juventus contributed to their qualification..
These two teams messed up between 9 and 11 points in the last 5 games alone and they were way favourites few rounds ago.
Como has to keep their good performance because UEFA Championship League is not Serie A. Otherwise they will not stand for long time.

That's right, don't underestimate Arsenal, they've had a good season and would like to finish on a high note.
Let's say I don't like his football, I like the spectacle, but on average I've seen that it works (looking at the results in the Premier League) not even Pep Guardiola has managed to keep up with him, so they deserve respect

You shouldn't expect that Arsenal fans should be scared of that match, the recent trophy they won after 22 years of that particular trophy drought is enough confidence booster for the Champions League finals, I see Arsenal fans in my location bragging about how they'll suprise everyone against PSG but I don't argue with them instead I'll just smile cause I know it's not something easy.
 Another thing motivating them is their unbeaten record in the tournament this season but then it's PSG they're playing against, if you ask some Arsenal fans why they believe they'll win, a good number would talk about their defense it gives them lots of hope however PSG has the best attack, something they should worry about.

I had initially celebrated their qualification to play in the UEFA Europa League competition next season but was sceptical about their chances of qualifying for UEFA Champions League because I thought that AC Milan will definitely win their game but luckily for Como, AC Milan were defeated. It's rare to see great players who end up to become great managers but the young Spanish manager will be writing his name in the history books of individuals who became successful both as players and managers. One of their best performers Nico Paz might leave the club this summer but if they succeed to retain him, I think they'll have a good campaign next season in the UCL.

Cesc Fabregas has really done a great job for Como by making the team qualify for next season’s Champions League. Bringing Como to the Champions League is an achievement that the club will remember for a long time. It was a very difficult job that Cesc Fabregas did because it is not easy for a coach to take a team from a lower division to the top league and, within the space of two years, still make the team qualify for the Champions League.With the work that Cesc Fàbregas has done, he has gained a lot of attention, and in a short time, big clubs may come for him because he has now shown the world how good and tactical he is. However, it is possible that he may not sign for any big club yet. Even in next season’s Champions League, I believe that Como will still do better and perform greatly in their domestic league, or maybe even fight for the league title.

You don't really have to wonder why because football happened to Paris Saint Germain that day and judging the game Chelsea had opportunities and they make the opportunity count for them and aside this, they played Paris Saint Germain a good football and they deserved the winning and if you watch till the end you will see that Paris Saint Germain realized themselves in the second half and they tried their best but all to no avail and lastly the spirit Chelsea played with that day was different.

Arsenal's strong hold against PSG would be to resist the attacking prowess of the PSG, if Arsenal can be able to tame the attacking line up of the PSG side and frustrate all their moves and also reduce the passing abilities of the French side then they have achieved 70% of the job, they did it against spotting Lisbon in the quarter finals, PSG is far more different but I think Arsenal has some advantage with their strong defense.

Arsenal winning the premiere league is going to be another big motivation for them to be able to win the champions league, PSG is not a weak club we all know and they can be challenging to Arsenal.

But even with that I’m still giving Arsenal a big hope of winning the champions league trophy this season, they’ve been dominating from the beginning of the season and honestly PSG is not suppose to be a club who we think will stop us from the final, because Arsenal strong is they’re not like other clubs that PSG do easily win against.

Inter was only obsessed about equalizing the game, not realizing they were falling again and again into the same trap set by PSG, moving into the penalty box of PSG too aggressively will get any team condemned to conceding multiple goals. PSG is a counter attacking team, your defense must be intact always, Arsenal is not like Inter, and PSG too, will not progress with counter attack against Arsenal. The goal margin won't be that much, but the game is more like a hard one to predict, the best in staying careful would win.

I felt surprised because my guess was almost wrong before because Como was below Juventus, assuming that Cagliari was weak and also Torino could lose badly, it was not, on the contrary these two teams gave resistance to Juventus and Ac Milan so they did not get points to maintain their position in 4th place in the Serie A league.

Try to imagine a team that has just been promoted to the Serie A league immediately gets a ticket to the champions league at the end of the season, this is an extraordinary achievement and rarely a team that can do this, although I am not a fan of Como but this really makes me feel they are great enough to do that, many teams in Serie A have been very difficult to reach the top but Como can be able to do that, I am happy, and I hope in the champions league next season Como can provide a good color in the competition.
