Yeah, the memory is still anew on how PSG managed to escape being knocked out in the early league stage of the UCL competition last season, they were really lucky to find a way out at then and winning those last 3 games was their saving grace.

Nonetheless, they might not have it in luck that way again if they have to start this season with a poor result in the UCL. They might not have the chance to get back into the competition when it must have gone half way. PSG must win their game with Atalanta tonight to prove how ready they are for this season.

I confess that I am very surprised by Juventus' performance. I expected Dortmund to win without having many difficulties because they have a lot of experience in European Champions League games, but Juventus showed me that they have improved a lot in attack. Best game I've saw in UCL for years was between Juventus and Dortmund ...a game that most of us saw it as under 2.5 goals and Juve to win right ? But both teams decided to go all in for a full football show and they delivered with 8 goals in 2nd half! Because after 1st half , this game was the most boring one after 45 minutes and no one would have predict those 8 goals in 2nd half ... . For the first week, it seems like this match will be quite surprising for some people, including me, especially with 8 goals in the second 45 minutes. This is clearly a difficult situation to predict.

I was actually quite happy with my bet, which was under 3.5 goals in this match, after seeing the first half without any goals. However, the second half was completely out of control, which led to my loss in this match.

Even though I lost the bet, tbh I was really entertained by what happened. After all, I didn't have high expectations for this match, but I think I underestimated both teams, which caused me to lose momentum and made my bet less objective.

Both side are very good in the attacking department, they can both cause damage to any defense, but one thing bayern need to do, they need to be very concentrated in this game, and also defensively discipline too.

If Bayern can fix their defensive issues against Chelsea, they will win that game easily. Their defence is their biggest problem going into that game. In Midfield, they are very good, and they also have a very good attack, but their defence, even though they have big names, is shaky most times, and I believe Chelsea will want to exploit that.

All things considered, my money is still on Bayern Munich. Chelsea usually plays well in waves. They don't maintain a consistent level throughout the game. If Chelsea manages to score goals in those moments where they are playing well, then they stand a better chance.
I know both teams will score because neither team has the defence to hold on for 90 minutes without conceding in a match like this.

Indeed the match was between Juventus and Dortmund and they ended it a draw as you have mentioned, may be he mistake the match for another or was unaware he's discussing the wrong game for each other, but if not this I've mentioned, i don't think its good enough to just forget the recently watch match for each other if one truly watch it, but as I've said, sometimes, we cant afford to evade making mistakes.

No, Tottenham will not visit Villareal stadium to play away match. The new champions league format that was introduced and effective since last season does not operate in the same format as the previous format that allows home and away matches against same team in the group stage. This new format allows you to play a team once at this stage which can either be home or away match. Home and away match will continue during the knockout stages just the way it use to be before.

As for Arsenal match, Athletic Bilbao were just unfortunate for not winning that match. The outcome favoured Arsenal but their performance was not something to be proud of. A draw could be a more fair result judging from both teams performance.
