The way the Bavarians handled Chelsea from start to finish, I don't think both them and their fans expected such. In the viewing centre where I was watching the match, you could tell from the noise around the environment that it's all Chelsea fans in support of their team then the rival fans were either, Manchester United, Arsenal fans. Chelsea fans were just making noise on how they will beat Bayern Munich and even compared them to PSG. I just asked one Chelsea fan that was making noise beside me, so because you beat PSG means you can do same to Bayern Munich? Do you realise that Chelsea had never won Bayern before? In my opinion, these fans didn't even realize what they were up against against Bayern Munich, and it was clear that they didn't know it. Bayern Munich managed their opponents and took control of a match that immediately seemed to be difficult. Well done to them.

Losing or winning is a part of the game, there is nothing to be disappointed about, PSG is a strong team, they are performing very well this season, it is normal to lose against them. It is true that Atalanta is weaker than PSG, there is still a lot of time left in the season, if they can perform well in the upcoming matches and show some new surprises, then it is expected that they will be able to challenge the big teams in the future. Maybe they can win the match but for sure it not going to be an easy one, I think the only big advantage they have in this match is that the game will be played at Ethihad. In term of form I think Napoli is in much better foam than Manchester city, Napoli are still yet to lose match this season while Manchester city have lost 2 match in the league.

This is a game you can barely predict until it played, well I gamble on BTTS and I really hope it comes through. Antonio conte is very familiar with the Ethihad so he already knows what ti expect and that gives him more edge I. This match.

It's all went well. I had so much optimism before i placed my bet, and yeah easy free money. Chelsea's crap defense really costed them a lot, but my credit goes to Palmer that saved my bet. I thought they would not score, but glad i was wrong.

As for PSG, there's nothing to complaint at all, and just perfect result against a mediocre team.

You took a very big risk by trusting Chelsea to score, probably because you saw them scoring weekly in the premier League. Chelsea will have problems playing a proper team like Bayern Munich that's why I gave Bayern Munich straight win against them. When I saw the odd given to Bayern Munich for straight win, I smiled as thanked the bookies for their generosity.

Yeah, i took really big risk by trusting them to score. I'd lose my bet if there was no Palmer in their squad. Palmer was the only they rely with. Apart from that they already played well during the first 10 minutes, but Chalobah's OG was destroyed everything. All of their conceded goals were due to the error in their defenders.
However, still acceptable considering this is their first UCL for majority of their players.

Bayern was fully prepared for that match and they played better than Chelsea since they were playing at home. Chelsea shouldn't have allowed two goals deficit without clapping back. However, after the second goal, Palmer was able to cancel on quickly but it didn't make any difference in the game because Bayern doubled their lead not quite long.

Chelsea will be playing Benefica at home which will give them an upper hand to get all three points. Benefica shouldn't be underestimated, Chelsea should play the match as if it's a final match.

Chelsea really disappointed for real. I never expect that poor performance from them as the world champion

That's what everyone has in mind Manchester City is predicted to win easily because they are on fire and playing at home, Napoli are not a bad team but they cannot be relied on when playing away. I have added Manchester City to my parlay slip win in the first half and full time, usually Manchester City attacks from the first half and Haaland has his own way of doing it.

What makes me a bit doubtful is the match between Newcastle vs Barcelona, why bookies not favor Barcelona? even though Newcastle played without their mainstay player Isak so Barcelona should be slight favorites, imo. The champions League game is not like the league game where they were lucky to win against Frankfurt in their last game, it's unfortunate that they are not living up to expectations in this game FC Copenhagen is making more attempts and the way the game is becoming the home team have a better chance of winning the game and they may score another goal if they keep making good attempts.

For Frankfurt and Galatasaray game, Galatasaray is a good team but they have no good record in the champions League competition, Victor Osimhen would have been a threat to the Frankfurt team if he was available but looking at their lineup I think Frankfurt will win the game.

Man City will be hosting Napoli, we might be seeing something similar to what we saw between Juventus vs Dortmund, a clash that reunite KDB and his former teammates and I can't wait for it to start. Napoli is unbeaten in since the beginning of this season, they lead the table in their domestic league ahead of Inter Milan, Juventus, and even AC Milan. Manchester City on the other didn’t have a good start in their premier league campaign this season, haven lost two games in a row, they manage to win their last match against Manchester United which shows some confidence in the team ahead of this Champions League match against Napoli.

However, my prediction for this match will be home to win because they have home advantage, and Manchester City have good champions league experience more than Napoli, and they also have a better team than them in my opinion. Yes, Chelsea have been in good form recently, but when someone starts challenging them randomly, it's part of the jealousy. Chelsea haven't been that good yet. They were able to keep the momentum in their favor in the FIFA Club World Cup. It doesn't happen every day, Bayern Munich is a successful team in the Bundesliga. So it's not easy to win against them. I even think they can drop points against Barcelona.

But some Chelsea fans don't see it that way, they felt that since they won the club world cup, that they are equal to the task to face any big side in europe. I had series of arguments with some of their fans who argues anyhow without paying proper attention to details. But they wouldn't listen, they said they were well equipped for champions league. When I knew all along that this Chelsea team are not strong enough. I was glad that Bayern Munich thought them a good lesson yesterday, at least now their shoulders will come down. Be careful how you favour Chelsea in your tickets, especially in champions league games next time.

I am interested in the match between Napoli and Manchester City because of KDB. There is no doubt that Kelvin knows too much about the Manchester city squad, mentality and playing pattern. it is always going to be ridiculous when people assume that Chelsea has what it takes to play a team like Bayern Munich that is in a very good form just because Chelsea were able to win the club world cup. winning the club world cup is entirely different from participating in the champions league and doing well at it. moreover, the only strong team that Chelsea won was Paris saint German which was to an extent possible because it was a final.  Munich were better than Chelsea all round and for the fact that they are still playing against barca after this encounter with Munich will go a long way to taste the strength of Chelsea as well as how prepared they are in fully participating in the champions league.
