I don't really know what to say about Liverpool right now, but their performance is getting terrible, and the Liverpool team is getting weaker the more even with the attacking squad they have the team barely score goals in matches which is not making sense, I expected something more better from Liverpool, but am getting the less, Liverpool got defeated by small team few days ago which I expected Liverpool to win that match, but they did otherwise, the manager should better start working on his team, especially in the defence aspect before things get out of control, Liverpool was among the teams that started this season well, but now they are lagging behind which not normal, and something need to get fix in that team before things can go back to normal, and now it's the time before it will be too late for them.

Liverpool's performance has really being terrible with four losses in their last five games which is not like the Reds and I believe the coach has a lot of work to do. We saw them thrash Eintracht Frankfurt 5-1 after conceding a goal first and did a massive comeback scoring consecutive goals to win the match effortlessly.

And after that, lost against Brentford in the premier League after we thought they maybe got their breakthrough and are back to their winning form but maybe not. The team needs communication at the point as the new signings are meant to  bring new energy to the team and not destroy it.

I really hope they get back on their feet as it only the start of the season and nothing is really assured at the moment. They have good players that could change things and ring  home the win, I just hope it doesn't get any worse

That said, it is very hard to predict which teams will make up the top 8 and qualify automatically to the round of 16. But if you are to make a prediction on that, which teams would you say would make the top 8?

The league stage of the champions league has been very competitive,  but some teams have shown signs of doing better than other teams and I have been very impressed with the way some teams have played already, although things can change so quickly in football.
On answering your question on which teams I feel will qualify automatically for the round of 16, I will go for PSG, Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Manchester city, Barcelona, Newcastle and Inter Milan. I am not saying this will definitely be the top 8, but it's just my prediction based on what I have seen this season.

We saw Madrid's  performance in El clasico yesterday. Madrid played very well and beat Barcelona. And this will increase the confidence of the players. Liverpool on the other hand are  in very bad form. Liverpool may have won the last match of the champions league , but liverpool has lost four matches in the Premier League and is out of the top 5 of the table. And now the  players are under a lot of pressure. In such a situation, winning against Madrid  is a big challenge for Liverpool.

Yes, I also think Real Madrid will be able to win easily against Liverpool who are going through a bad period. It is clear that, even in the league table, they are suffering from teams that are much more modest than them and this means that they are clearly unfavorable against Real Madrid.

Yes, that's absolutely true. Last season, PSG actually had an incredible comeback. They almost failed in the early stages, but they bounced back in the play-offs. And after that, they became a consistent team and continued to get good results. And even now, I think PSG still looks very strong and consistent. And perhaps this time they will advance to the next stage without any significant problems. The only obstacle would be if the team had a key player injured. Because that's usually what often stops a team's good performance when it's in top form. However, I doubt PSG will be able to win the title again this season, because the UCL usually always has a different champion every season.

Paris Saint-Germain was the best performing club in European football. They literally won everything with confidence and this season becomes another one for them to try again. PSG will strive for more titles this season, knowing the level of professionalism within the players, they can shoot shots for brilliant results. Paris Saint-Germain have made big stands in football, knowing how they're able to come out winning games.

Luis Enrique is here to make it worth it for Les Parisiens. The man that got underrated and stripped off his managerial role at Barcelona simply because he failed to win the UEFA champions league for Barcelona, have now done it for Paris Saint-Germain. It's a miracle? Oh no but with consistent hardwork, the sky is their limits.

Last season, PSG has unbelievable performed since phase league round almost eliminating and must playing at playoff round but success qualifying to final round and becoming the winner. Last season, I didn't expect PSG to become champions because PSG was different from other strong teams that could easily advance to the last 16 without going through the play-offs. But of course, PSG performed really well, even though they had to go through the play-offs, and in the end, PSG won the final and became Champions League winners.

This season, PSG will undoubtedly have to work hard because their rivals are strong teams, and currently, PSG has the same number of points as Bayern, Inter, Arsenal, and Real Madrid. Losing even one point could potentially knock PSG off the top of the standings. It is indeed not easy to defend the Champions League trophy, as the competition in the Champions League is extremely fierce. However, in the upcoming match, PSG must prepare to face Bayern. The players they've signed haven't yet fully realized their potential. For example, Liverpool is now looking to Luis Diaz, who they sold to Bayern Munich, for his performance. Florian Wirtz is still struggling and hasn't quite achieved his goals at Liverpool. He was playing fantastic games at Bayer Leverkusen and impressed everyone, but I think the Premier League has been a bit difficult for him. He needs some time to adapt. I have no doubt that once he's settled into the league, he'll be a very dangerous player for Liverpool.

After Liverpool won Eintracht Frankfurt in the Champions League, i was hoping it would help Liverpool get back to form and win Brentford in the Premier League. But after Liverpool failed to beat Brentford home from away, i agree we can no longer trust Liverpool to perform the way they used to because they are currently inconsistent at the moment, and anyone that trusts Liverpool to win a match will be disappointed with the result Liverpool will produce. I don't know how you want Real Madrid to perform before you will be okay with their performance, and i believe Real Madrid are performing well this season. But even though you believe Real Madrid are not performing well at the moment, they will defeat Liverpool in the Champions League.

They may literally lose four more in a row. They are going to face Palace at FA cup, which Palace may care a lot more and there could be a loss there, and then they will face Villa, which is a great team and Unai Emery was angry at how they started, so will want to get a win here, and then Real Madrid and then Manchester City.

Weirdly enough, the game they may win easiest feels like City game, but as you can see all four of these games are difficult games, at least more difficult than a game like Brentford should be. This is why I think it is not going to be tough for them to get out of here. I think they won't get zero out of all of these, I think they will get one tie and one win out of here, but it is going to be tough for sure.

Luis Diaz hasn't achieved anything at the highest level at Bayern. I watch Bayern matches sometimes. Diaz can't score from easy chances. His finishing touches are completely lacking. He doesn't even play well in the Bundesliga. He's scored seven goals for Bayern Munich so far, five of which have come in the Bundesliga.
The Bundesliga and the Premier League are very different leagues. The Premier League is the toughest league in the world.
Liverpool's transfers are struggling to adapt. Liverpool will improve once they address this issue. Alexander Isak is another player struggling to adapt. Despite playing in the Premier League before, he's also struggling. He hasn't contributed much to Liverpool's goalscoring efforts so far. Liverpool needs a little more time.

I still think liverpool's squad is the best in the Premier league. Liverpool played  just awesome in the last season. Liverpool management has spent a huge  money this  season. They have added  a lot of talented players to the  squad. They have a lot  of experienced and talented players in all three positions of defense , midfield and attack. But even then, for some unknown reason , they are not able to play well.

We do not know  when we will see Liverpool's comeback. Liverpool won by a large margin against frankfurt in the last match of the Champions League. But in the next match we saw the team's poor performance  again. The team is going through a very bad time.

Last season they were knocked out early in the rounds of 16 by a team that eventually went all the way to win it. Rhey were only good in the group stages and failed after thet stage. This season they haven't started off really good as they have failed to get maximum points from the 3 games they have played so far unlike last season. Liverpool has spent the most money on player purchases. And it is more than 400 million. We have never seen any club spend so much money. The team performed brilliantly at the  beginning of the season. We thought that Liverpool would easily win the Premier League title, and even compete for the Champions league title until the end. But we have  seen poor performances from them in several consecutive matches. They are in sixth place in the Premier League table and in tenth place in the Champions league table. If their  performance does not improve, Liverpool will be eliminated from the title race in the next few weeks. Liverpool is already 7 points  behind Arsenal.

Honestly, when Juventus suffered a bitter defeat against Como FC with a final score of 2-0 in Serie A, I had high expectations for Real Madrid that they would score more goals against Juventus, especially since the match was held at the Santiago Bernabeu. However, what was unexpected was that Juventus put up their best defense in that match, forcing Real Madrid's players to work hard to break through Juventus' defense.

On a slightly different note, it is quite interesting to see the performance of the former Real Madrid player who currently plays for Como FC. Under the guidance of coach Cesc Fabregas, he has become more mature and sharp on the field. In 7 matches with Como FC this season, Nico Paz has recorded 4 assists and 4 goals. He is a promising young talent, and with the progress he has shown, I am confident that this player will receive a call-up from Real Madrid to return to Santiago Bernabéu.

I was only surprised about the score line of that Juventus and Como game, for the fact that they couldn't pull a goal back was the big surprise for me and not that they lost. Since last season, Como has been in form and have been a threat to the big guns in the league, this season they are still carrying on, so I'm not surprised. As for the loss against Real Madrid, I was expecting that. They were even lucky to have list with only  one goal, all thanks to their defence though.

Problems within a team are usually either internal or external. For a team like Liverpool, who were a strong team last season and won the Premier League, there are certainly several factors causing their less than satisfactory performance this season. One reason could be the adjustments to adapting to new players and the release of old players to other teams, which has led to a different situation this season. But I want to see them bounce back over time this season so they don't experience a deeper slump this season.

I don't think Liverpool setback is solely a matter of player adaptation, as they've already played over 10 matches, which should have been enough time for the players to bond and get to know each other. I still suspect there are other issues we don't know for sure, or perhaps Arne Slot hasn't been able to bring out or utilize the potential of his new players.

The situation has been discussed and a solution will soon be found so that when we face Real Madrid, things could be different. Sometimes people forget what Liverpool has achieved, so when our situation changed this season, especially in the last few games, it gave the impression that all the good moments had been forgotten.

Besides the UEFA Champions League competition, Liverpool is also in a terrible zone in the league standings like their league performance is also looking too bad. Despite their squad depth is much more better and much more expensive than others team but they are still performing awfully. I don't know what's wrong with Aron Slot like they have the most expensive team but still his out put is not good. Honestly this is too concernedable a matter for Liverpool team.

Besides that I can't be so sure, even I am bit skeptical about Liverpool regarding through in UEFA champions competition that what they will do like their performance level is not that good to be called a candidate for winner.

When I see psg performance as improve in the Champions League last season and defeat Real Madrid bayern Munich and arsenal i just get the believe that they will be the favorite to achieve the trophy and at last they achieve it in a easy way because they didn't struggle in the final because inter Milan didn't perform better in the pitch that we can probably get the believe that he won't be easy for psg. This season Psg are still in a good condition and they can get the chance to achieve the trophy if they can keep wining there matches in the Competition but I just get the believe that he won't be easy for them this time around because the club they defeated last season are in a good shap and better then last season so psg need to perform more better if they want to win the Champions League for the second term again. Bayern Munich and Real Madrid are in good shap and we will know if Psg can defeat Bayern next week in the ucl and if they get the chance to defeat Munich for the second term I think they will be high hope that they will achieve it for the second term.

Slot as lost 5 matches in a role without even wining or draw any game in the Premier League, I don't know last Liverpool lost game back to back in the league competition. They really need to do something fast if they really want to compete with the tough club this season, and they are facing real madrid next in the Champions League and I don't think they can get the chance to win madrid this time around.
