With this performance it's not safe to say Manchester City is in great form, yes they have improved their game after the horrible setback they experienced but they are from their best form.

 Haaland has really helped them to improve their game so they are very lucky to have a striker like him. About Arsenal, I think they are in good shape but somehow they are not far from others despite not losing many games. After their last result I won't say they are doing poorly but facing Tottenham Hotspur will be a bit difficult for them especially when they will be playing without an important player Gabriel. I'm not sure if Arsenal will be affected by Gabriel injury.
