It would have been more fun and interesting seeing them both in the finals but it's quite a pity we will have just one, but one thing I'm certain of is whosoever that made it to the final between them both is winning the trophy no doubt, because with what Arsenal and Atletico Madrid played yesterday I don't see them to be a threat to either of these teams, I'm not capping but saying the fact, I watched Arsenal vs Atletico Madrid game and to tell the truth about them, there's absolutely nothing to write home about, like it was all a disaster.

Yes, Atletico Madrid deserved to win the match because after they equalized they had couple of clear chances they would have used to win Arsenal at Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium but their finishes weren't clinical enough to give them the win they were searching for. Atletico Madrid wouldn't regret the chances they missed today in the second leg, because I think Arsenal wouldn't beat Atletico Madrid at Emirates Stadium. The second half was more electrifying than the first half, so I will say that Atletico Madrid and Arsenal match wasn't totally boring.

I don't know if it was because it was so boring or because the commentator was kind of bad, but I can say that the second half was worthy of a Champions League semi-final match, nothing like the Bayern and PSG games. I don't agree with you that the game between Atletico Madrid and Arsenal is a defensive game, rather I will call it a complete match. The has in display every thing you need to see in a match, the intensity was there, they showed their attacking and defensive qualities. Infact this is a match worthy of a champions league semi final. Its true that the PSG and Bayern Munich game was entertaining,  but it also shows the weakness in their defense and I don't think it's worthy of a champions league semi final,  because of how easy they keep scoring.  This is just my opinion and you are also entitled to yours.

If you think about it from that perspective, the Atletico Madrid-Arsenal match was defensive but overall it was a very competitive match. There was a lot of intensity between the two teams to score goals but both sides defences were very strong. I think the defensive strategy between the players on both teams was literally the key. Atletico Madrid's defence in particular was very strong where Arsenal only had 8 shots and only 2 of them were on target. On the other hand, Atletico had 14 shots to score but only managed to put 5 on target.

If you analyze the match between Bayern Munich and PSG, you will see that both teams played a very competitive match which entertained the fans. From that point of view, you can say that the match between Arsenal and Atletico was defensive in nature.

Let's say what you say is controversial, Bayer Monaco play well at home, they will try not to concede chances, because in the match they lost they didn't play badly.
I would calmly say that they are both balanced, both are strong and play well, in fact the gap in the match lost by Bayer was not so much, only 1 goal.
I could understand if the match would have given a result with a goal difference of at least 3, in which case the team difference would also be visible to everyone.

I have actually analyze it this way too but i'm still afraid that Arsenal may disappoint us, i will not rush to conclude early because i'm still convinced with all what you have said, Atletico Madrid this season always perform better when they are at home but when they went for an away matches they don't usually secure victory there, i think that is their number one weakness, which arsenal have to  take notes. So far in Champions League arsenal is among the top clubs that have a good record because they have not lose any match, they are still running unbeaten up to this point and now they are just one step away from the final. Atletico Madrid were even lucky to get a draw against Arsenal in that match, the reason Atletico struggled was because Arsenal understood them perfectly and decided to play like them. Mikel Arteta gave the Spanish side a version of the same footballing pattern that they already knew, if Arsenal had gone all out to play then Atletico would have being waiting for Arsenal to make mistakes so they could mount a counter attack just as they did against Barcelona. If the referee has allowed the second penalty then it would all have ended at the metropolitano with Arsenal taking the lead, but with this result am convinced arsenal will go through.

The second leg of the UEFA Champions League between Bayern and PSG will certainly be the toughest, we can predict that, but one thing to keep in mind is that PSG may not find the atmosphere at the Allianz Arena in the UCL match very easy. The German club will be completely unstoppable on their own home turf, also the German club team is trailing 5-4 after the first match but I think the fact that they are already one goal behind may not be a big headache for them. If were not for the penalties that was given in that match, I don’t think both teams would be able to get a goal. I said it before the match that we were going to watch a boring match between Arsenal and Atletico Madrid, after we watched most craziest game ever between PSG and Bayern Munich on Tuesday. Both teams played well and Atletico Madrid tried to take the home advantage to win, but Arsenal defense was very strong to prevent them from scoring more goals.

A home often did little advantage to the host when they fight a club with strong mentality. I've seen it a few times Bayern lost even when they played it at home. So i don't be surprised if PSG will shite them in the 2nd leg.

As for the gameplay, enrique has emphasize his club won't change the tactic and intensity. So it's possible we will see a similar game like the 1st leg caused by Bayern needs goals to win the game, while PSG also needs to score as many goals as possible.

I agree with you on this, before Paris Saint Germain played Bayern Munich I was hoping and thinking Bayern Munich would defeat Paris Saint Germain though not like it was going to be an easy one for them because I know Paris Saint Germain will strive to win too but I was really surprised the way Paris Saint Germain was pouring Bayern Munich goals but can we say it is because of home advantage because I don't really know what to say but I know for sure that Bayern Munich played a better game than PSG and I don't expect Bayern Munich to lose in their own home.

It was a tough game despite many people loss their prediction towards Atletico Madrid vs Arsenal, because some predicted for the favour of Arsenal while some predicted for the favour of Atletico Madrid. Atletico Madrid wanted to win that game just that Arsenal defenders are used to the strategy they where using to them, and it caused Atletico Madrid not to secure victory from Arsenal, because the two club did everything possible not to allow each other loss than to draw the game to have opportunity in their second leg.

There will be opportunity for Atletico Madrid in the second leg to beat Arsenal while there will be surprise improve in the second leg for PSG to make the second leg draw 1:1 to eliminate Bayern Munich to stand for final stage.
