The first leg of the second semi-final of the UEFA Champions League was played very defensively by both teams, which made the match boring for us. Honestly, no one could enjoy the excitement like the first semi-final because there were two teams who were the most hungry to score goals, but in the match between Atletico Madrid and Arsenal, both teams were busy managing their defense. However i think the next match between these two teams could be the most offensive and defensive because the team that wins that match will get a chance to participate in the UCL final, they are already tied 1-1.

Premier league club Arsenal also won the quarter-final matches by a very small goal margin, so we can expect that they may continue the same in the upcoming game, so if Atletico Madrid can play the same way against Arsenal in the second leg match as they played against Barcelona, then they might be able to defeat the PL club and reach their desired round

I am very optimistic. First leg was really a tough and tactical battle. So second leg at Emirates seem to be much more open and high voltage. Looking at the result of previous knock out stages it is clear that Arsenal have always played much more aggressively at home

I understand their offense is good, yes, that part is true and the fact that they were able to score that many shows that they are good on offense. But apparently both of their defense was horrible, terrible. I understand "park the bus" style is not loved, but "send the bus away" is not a good football either at all.

Atletico Madrid's performance is not consistent, this always gives them problems in big games. Even though they won against Barcelona, things were never favourable for them in this match. They mostly were expecting a result like this because both have defensive strategies. Arsenal injuries are a big problem for them, but still, they've done a good job. Now the game is in their favour, but can they handle Atletico Madrid at home? This is a big question.
 Both teams needed to play an aggressive game because this will allow them to have a better chance. I am also expecting the second leg will be interesting because after this first leg bore game, now fans want to have a game with good entertainment and a good number of goals from both sides at this level.

The match I watched last night gave me two insights: that Arsenal play the ball well but don’t make much of it and don’t create many chances, so they just keep possession, and that Atlético Madrid never give an inch and defend very compactly and it is a team that knows how suffer.
I saw that Griezmann and Ademola Lookman missed some easy chances and hit the crossbar at least three times, and from what I saw, it wouldn’t have been a shock if Atléti had won. Arsenal played less well despite having high rate of ball possession.

We have watched Arsenal in recent times, and there fine play have really dropped a lot. So, what we saw was very much expected. If you ask me, they even played better than what they play in the EPL present, and coming back home with a draw is an appluase for them. While they play at the Emirates this coming week, we hope to see them take home advantage for there favor and do something credible. Of our, it's not an easy game, because we saw them lost to PSG last season even in the Emirates too. Athletico isn't an easy club. They really play well and with a goof defence record. They created more chances than Arsenal in the last match, and so they will come to fight and seixlze the Victory.. Arsenal has to fight harder if they must head to the finals

I think whichever team reaches the final, Bayern Munich or PSG, will beat their opponents coming from the other semi-finals. It's clear Arsenal aren't playing like they did at the start of the season. They did beat Bayern Munich in the Champions League, but if they played against each other today, Bayern Munich would score many goals against them. Arsenal are far from their form from that period. Therefore, while reaching the semi-finals is great, if they reach the final, things will be very difficult for them.

In England, Arsenal have a very high chance of winning. Atletico Madrid play very well at home but not so well away. Considering it's also a Champions League semi-final match, I think the players will be more focused on this game and want to win. If they reach the final, it will be very difficult for them because the other finalist will be very strong, but we know Arsenal will do their best. When they play as well as they did at the beginning of the season, there's no team they can't beat. It doesn't matter if it's Bayern Munich or Paris Saint-Germain, as long as they play well, they can beat any team.

I don't think the second leg will go to penalties. Arsenal have the potential to win the second leg. I believe in them, and I'm sure everyone knows their quality. The Premier League title was in their hands, but after a few unlucky matches, they are now level on points with Manchester City. They won't want to lose in the Champions League, and I think they will beat Atletico Madrid in England.

Hmmm this is another way to look at it, a lot of praises goes to the attacking play of a team than the defensive line of it and that’s why most teams don’t pay too much attention to the defense, if your attack is good then you’re good.
If you look at it very well most of the teams that score lots of goals have a shaky defense. Look at FC Barcelona, look at PSG, look at FC Bayern…. You’ll see a similarity amongst these teams.
I wouldn’t say their defence is terrible but it’s not as strong as the attack and so when they meet a strong opponent attack they let in goals.

Bayern Munich is a very strong club and any team that face them always no that they face a strong team, but what I can make you understand is that football is unpredictable Arsenal have succeed against Bayern Munich this season in the Champions group stage so if they meet in the Champions finals Arsenal can still get the opportunity to defeat them and win the trophy.

But he won't just be a easy game for Arteta, because sometimes Arsenal performance will be bad or good but wining trophys will always be the hard for them and the Champions League is not a easy competition for Arteta, and if they can be successful against Athletico Madrid next week and qualify to next around they will do anything possible to achieve title. Bayern Munich and PSG are known for attacking football mentality, so I wasn’t surprised by the number of goals scored in that game. As long as you have fast attackers and good finishers in a game, you’re already one step ahead of your opponent. For the case of Arsenal and Atletico Madrid game, it was just the normal packing the bus mentality and that made the match even more bored.

I am still very optimistic about Arsenal but what I foresee for them is a very fierce battle which is care is not taken, they may end up not winning the match. Arsenal playing in the champions league finals will be a boost for them, but the final still looks to be boring for me, but let’s watch out on this teams and what they’re capable of doing eventually they make it to the finals.

This is why Simeone said that he didn't think PSG against Bayern was a great match. He rather preferred to criticize that it must have felt bad for the coaches to see their teams concede so many goals. That is the real Simeone. He would be unsatisfied if his team wins the UCL 10-9 in regular time.

It's true, but if you watch the match between these two titans, it was much better than the Atletico and Arsenal game. For me, it was very boring; the first half made me sleepy. In football at times some winning is not because a team is weak or  not consistent enough to face the opponent but because of some unimaginable occurrence may lead to some uncomfortable lost which that of bayern Munich is a complete explanation of all that. In that game bayern Munich was so dominating and possessive enough to dismantle PSG but because they underestimated there performance that was why they lost to PSG on hhat game and I know they must definitely prove there supremacy in the second leg of the second finals.
