I'm sorry, but I have to choose to back down from this one. Last case where I pour everything and go to a length for a player due to a small lapse in humanity. And for that, they dragged me to the muds and throw me under the bus and let the bus hit a freight train that keeps on going. Kinda leave a bitter taste, given that member knows exactly how much I poured into his case and yet he "sacrifice" me to validate his story.

Plus, I'm not mods, so I certainly not within the eligibility of what xyes representative require. Unfortunately, I can't find XYes on AG, so...

I wish they know how you cheat users while make its look like you are helping the user here, OP open your eyes and try to be in contact with the casino on your Own this user is actually casino friendly and I have Evidences of how he turned on his statements to save the casinos representative who accused me of scammer without having a single piece of valid proof.

Rather than asking from the casino representative for proof this user let them pass in dark.



When I was requesting Duckdice.io to present the bet results, Holydarkness stated  that Duckdice.io have deleted your account and there is no Data on earth that can link it to you, no bets result that show if the bet is win or lose, if the bet is on high or low side, at what chances the bet is played and with what bet amount,
Holydarkness said if there is any data available its mean Duckdice.io is not reputable casino as per GDPR regulations.

His 1st statement

Imagine a piece of paper, or a book, if you may, titled "horsbyname". In it, DuckDice wrote all of your information. Your name, DoB, address, other KYC related things, your deposit and withdrawal history, your betting log, your bonuses, your chat, your complaints, your email, every single thing tha happened to a "horsbyname" during his stay in DuckDice.

At the end of that book, there is an entry, a line: "burn this book".

So, the book burned.

All of the content of the book, all of those betting records[/color and personal info, all of those chats and emails, including the very one that wrote "burn this book" are thrown into fire and extinguished.

That is the "right to be forgotten" of GDPR.

There were not a single entry of "horsbyname" in DuckDice following that request of removal. Not one. Nothing. Nada.

Holydarkness 2nd statement for the sake of Duckdice.io he burned his reputation

With about thousands of entries that made my eyes water just to scan them, not only that the statement of playing in 15.5% chance is unfounded as the bets were made with 33% chance, the more important point that I think is better to be pointed out rather than the 33% v. 15.5% is that I can not find a losing streak of 158 times. Not even a 50 losing streak in a row.

With this, I believe I can safely say that the claim of 158 losing streak at 15.5% is unproven to be true.

you will not believe but both are the statements from the same person for the same Issue but at one point he call it impossible at another he call it proof to have, there is a lot more where he have helped Duckdice.io representative to escape of his false accusation. thought I have provided evidences of Duckdice.io being the wrong one and falsely accused me.

I’ve seen dumb excuses by sportsbooks in the past, but this takes the cake.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the usual procedure in this case is to pay out the first bet by a "sharp" account and then limit the future amounts of the bettor. As LoyceV said, arbitrage betting isn't "illegal," its just being smart. If a new casino/sportsbook wants to attract more users, this isn't the way to go about doing it.

I need a reason to oversee this case, and the reason after my initial refusal was that I happen to have some free space in my plate and I want to lighten GoT's burden.

This isn’t the type of case that should give you a headache. The player made 3 bets. XYes called him an arbitrage bettor and took his winnings. The odds providers flagged the OP as a value bettor. Value bettor’s get paid, then limited at all other books. It’s impossible to know if the OP is an arbitrage player. Two different books would have to be involved with two different odds providers. Looking at the OPs bets, it’s obvious that he just made 3 good plays and XYes stole his winnings.

edit - I don't want to be unfair to XYes so I shot them one more PM before putting up a rating. I asked if they have proof of arbitrage betting.

What's also scary is that the license they claim to have uses the new format under CGA. That format didn't exist in 2022. The arbitrage betting was bad enough but posting a fake license is worse.

I don't have anything against holydarkness. His heart is in the right place. Many here start off wrong. They try to make the player prove his innocence which can't be done.

Let's use this XYes case as an example. XYes says the OP is an arbitrage bettor. We need proof from XYes that he's an arbitrage bettor. If not, the player is innocent. Even the blind can see the OP isn't an arbitrage bettor.

i dont know about the guy ur talking abt , i dont know abt u and ur situation with him but probably you are the right one here. theres this disgusting atmosphere here in this forum that a regular bettor gets stolen of their winnings or something, he states that openly and looks for support but every `respected` members of the forum gets in the line to accuse them of all kinds of cheating, multi accounts, arb betting, you name it.. i find that really shady that probably many of these members have some attachments to the casinos, as we saw clearly in this case name by name that the accusers are shilling the casinos for money. they keep asking you for `proof` of which you cant even disprove. casinos are calling out for `mods` to provide `proofs` knowing that there are no mods for scam section and just none of other mods gives a fuck . you give them permission to post their imaginary proofs publicly and theres no response as no proof

Sadly, Scam is not moderated in the forum to avoid potential abused by moderators. Trust and flag system was introduced for the sole purposed of fighting scam by referring on the trust page of the user you want to deal with or on this case on casino that you want to play.

People have already left too many different reviews about you here, but if you can, try to contact the casino and find out what happened. But I didn't have any agreement with them, I don't agree with this decision, so I put it here, the fact that they returned the deposit is a simple casino practice, why should they suddenly take my deposit for themselves. They simply canceled the winnings of $ 436.94 without giving me evidence. In addition, I also went through their KYC levels 4, so that they would simply give me my deposit. why are you making this such a big deal? All you have to do is ask XYes why they posted a fake license and do they have proof of arbitrage betting? I asked, they didn’t answer me so I’ll grade them F. If they don’t answer you then tag them.
