Burak Yılmaz made some statements after the match yesterday about referees and the Turkish Football Federation and I agree with many of his points.
It is absurd that the same situation can lead to different decisions. Foreign referees are brought in for big teams, but not for smaller teams, its an inconsistent system.
Many people believe foreign referees should be introduced as soon as possible.

Yesterday, referee Yasin Kol did not award what I believe was a legitimate goal for Samsunspor.

I agree that Galatasaray players do not look like they are hungry for a title anymore. Same happened with City, because we have seen City win 4 in a row, and have a treble along the way as well, much bigger than Galatasaray. But what happened was that, City was playing terrible because players all won everything they ever wanted to win, so they stopped playing. Because of that, City changed almost every player, and starting from next year, they may have just one player from that treble season.

Galatasaray needs to do that, they need to start kicking out some players, and get some new ones, it may cause them one title, or maybe even two, but it will make them better again in the future. You can't keep the same players forever, they just stop caring after a while.

Galatasaray basically just told its rivals: “i have no intention of becoming the champion; come and take it already, im bored.”  
This was directed especially at Fenerbahçe. right now, Fenerbahçe has gained incredible momentum. consequently, if they win all their remaining matches they will be the champions.
if Galatasaray's championship really depends on the fate of a single player then they shouldn't be champions anyway. a single player can carry a team toward a title, yes they can be a significant driving force. but if a team's entire reason for existence depends on one player, that isn't normal and they won't be able to become champions.

That is what happens when you have the same players who have already won everything they could. Osimhen is a bit still hungry, because he won only one title, and he is still very expensive and I am pretty sure he wants to leave for a bigger club.

But aside from that, most players knows that they do not have anything to fight for, they are at the downfall of their careers, and there is nothing else left to win. Most of them, either it's retirement after this, or just go to Saudi league to make some money before they retire. And because of that, there is no more desire to win, and that makes teams look terrible.

On Friday, Fenerbahçe will be looking for a win against Rizespor. Asensio and Skriniar are still not fully recovered and are unlikely to be risked in this match. I've always liked this team, I'm sorry that they no longer want titles, those are useful for making the fans happy, they should understand that.
Kicking out toxic players could be a solution, unfortunately you have to try and break some eggs.

That would be a mighty risk. Just as they are only 2 points away and getting close, and right before a big game, if they do rest anyone, then they are going to be risking everything way too bad. Because if they end up failing to win, then the game against Galatasaray would mean nothing.

If Galatasaray wins, then in case Fenerbahce draws, gap would be four, and if Fenerbahce loses the gap would be five, both are terrible for Fenerbahce. In that case, even beating Galatasaray means they will stay at second place, and that is not okay at all for them. After that point, I doubt they could ever catch them again, Galatasaray would beat the simpler teams and be champions easily once more. What Fenerbahce needs right now is to win the next two games, and then rest will be easy.

The wrong decisions of the referees in modern football is becoming a menace as there seem to be a rise in cases of poor officiating and wrong decisions, the case of the Turkish league is something else, it keeps deteriorating every season to the extent of bringing in referees from outside the league  to help in officiating especially in derby matches.
In the UCL this season, there has being so many cases of poor or wrong decision that has negatively impacted some of the teams that participated in the competition.

My friend, your comment about the player substitutions was spot on. Especially since Musaba came on, he created more attacking opportunities for the team. Musaba also provided the assist for Fenerbahçe's second goal. Rizespor scored the equalizer in the last minute, and Fenerbahçe lost 2 points. If Galatasaray beats Gençlerbirliği in Ankara tomorrow, Fenerbahçe's championship hopes will be dashed this year, but if Galatasaray loses points, the champion will be decided based on the result of the Galatasaray-Fenerbahçe match on April 26th.
