Hey.. is that you two gravity-deniers frolicking in silhouette here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YjunWH3aWuo

I love how she just stops dancing upon seeing your 'move' at 13secs..     too funny Smiley

What this http://www.youtube.com/user/DialCoin (view the stats) tells me is that Bitcoin truly needs a destructive technology or destructive innovation--SOON!!! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disruptive_technology

What that tells me is that nobody is willing to enrich phone companies just to buy over priced Bitcoins Wink

Okay so this was our first time doing HD with numerous special effects and it has literally taken days on our current hardware to render, encode, stabalize, etc. I appologize to everyone who has been waiting. This month has not been an easy one but we didn't forget. I'm finalizing some interview footage right now and then we do one final encoding.

Based on current issues and continuous bad luck, I think we are looking at another 24 hours.

Better late than never!

It's seriously frustrating spending 2 hours waiting for a video to finish rendering, then going to import it into a bigger sequence and having it say "file format not supported" even though it's using the same application to do it.

This is what is taking so much time. -_-;

We are 90% done compiling and rendering and are basically just tidying up the last bits of the "Year in review" (which was rushed and I am not proud of at all).

But stupid shit like this happens randomly after already having wasted hours waiting on a video:

It feels like still a good 12 hours away from being uploaded guys. -___-;;

That's why the pro's use 16GB RAM at least for video rendering Wink And the best processor the money can buy is also important, several of them in a capable motherboard if possible Tongue And FFS Matthew, ditch that windows crap lol

Nonetheless, I'm waiting for the show and thank you for taking the time to do it  Kiss

I think the real issue here was that we weren't able to start working until it was far too late, and although Vicente more or less knows after effects and I more or less know Premiere pro, we had no idea our hardware would screw up so much and that we would have so many roadblocks (ex. when I save something, he can import it, save it, but then I can't import it -_-;). This has truly been a painful learning process but now we know how to get things done faster for the future:

1) Don't promise any specials.

2) Don't use different versions of premiere and after effects to import/export to each other

3) Don't ever skype interview and save it as an AVI if you plan on importing it into premiere

4) Use our new server farm to render with instead.

^^^ Most important change since starting this project.

I believe you guys will like the special, even though it's not Christmas anymore but fuck if I didn't truly think we'd get this done at least a day before Christmas. What a raging disappointment.

Just giving you a hard time, I read about your family issues as well.  Had to give you a rub after all the grief you give others  Wink

That's some seriously funny shit Matthew! Hurry up and finish. I can't wait to see this show.

Good news:

We are on our final lap with just 2 segments left to edit/organize/render/encode and then it's a swift Fibre-to-the-home upload.

Looks like it's going to come out at about midnight in the states.
