Well, I found some time over the weekend to place a few bets. Overall everything's fine, but the live line could use more handicaps, I noticed this because I often play with handicaps (although this is not critical, just my wish). Winnings are credited quickly, so everything's fine with that.

Today I decided to try withdrawing my funds and was unpleasantly surprised. I deposited funds at USDC on the BSC network and decided to withdraw them the same way. The fees was small, just a few cents, so everything was fine there too. But when I clicked withdraw, I received a notification that I needed to wager my deposit. My initial reaction was that this was normal, because almost all casinos require wagering, but then I read up and was surprised to find, that I was required to wager my deposit x5 ($69 or maybe this is some kind of minimum amount for withdrawal from them, I don’t know). I don't understand why, most casinos require x2, and that's normal and acceptable, but in this case, it's not even bonus money, it's my own money, and I need to wager more than x5 to withdraw. I tried to withdraw my USDC through SOL and received the same wagering notification...

These are just my assumptions about x5, as I’m basing them on the size of my deposit. I think it would be important to understand why the amount of $69 is shown when requesting a withdrawal. If the team could clarify this, it would be clear what exact wagering requirement is needed for withdrawal. Perhaps if a larger amount is deposited, the wagering requirement would be lower.

As for the sports betting we are upgrading our sports offering over the next few weeks.

Actually, they put the withdrawal menu inside the profile menu which has a person icon. In that menu, there are many options including the withdrawal menu. I think this is their strategy by only putting the deposit menu on the main screen, they want people to make deposits more often.

They will add the Withdrawal option next to the Deposit button for easier access, as explained above. I found a bug on your website a few days ago which I reported on the thread. I just checked now, and I noticed the issue hasn't been fixed. Perhaps, you should do something about it. When accessing the website via a mobile phone, when you tap on the deposit or withdraw menu, it will come up and disappear almost immediately, making it very difficult to select other currencies.

Also, your live support menu is not working. Perhaps, you should fix it too.

Removing that withdrawal wagering requirement and the plan to put a withdraw button next to the deposit has been awesome move. some user have been asking for this, actually smoother the UI and the clearer the withdrawal option, the more trust people will have, especially for new joiners

If I'm not wrong, this error seems like the one for SSL certificate issue.

On my end, I can access toshi.bet just fine, and their certificate is valid. I'm on firefox too with ublock origin even enabled. As someone who has been using firefox for years, i have encountered such in other known websites as well. Maybe clear your cache+cookies and/or try again later.

Systemic Failure: Today, your live support admitted that your official support email does not work. This means the contact information provided in your User Agreement and Responsible Gaming Policy is a complete lie.

Predatory Behavior: Because you failed to block my account as requested, I continued to deposit while struggling with my addiction. Today, you finally closed my account, but you are withholding my balance and the winnings from a bet that was settled right after the closure.
