It has been several days and I still have zero replies from their management. I want to highlight the current situation to the community:

Non-functional Support: Their chat support continues to avoid my questions and they refuse to explain why they lied about account limits on January 9th.
Fraudulent Policies: Their Responsible Gaming Policy still lists selfexclusion@toshi.bet as the official contact method. However, their own staff admitted in chat that they no longer accept emails for this purpose. This is a trap to prevent players from successfully self-excluding.
Evidence is ready: I have all chat transcripts, screenshots of their chat messages, transaction hashes, and emails evidences ready.

I am giving them one last chance to address this before I take all this evidence to CasinoGuru and AskGamblers to file official complaints. If Toshi.bet wants to be seen as a legitimate casino, they need to stop hiding and take responsibility for their predatory behavior and fake contact information.

Still waiting for @senorcrypteroni to show up and explain this - I truely believe that he is already aware about this.

It is clear that Toshi.bet has no professional answer for this. Here is the situation:

• Rep is online: I can see @senorcrypteroni has been active on the forum, but he ignores this.
• Fake Terms of Service: Their website still shows a fake email for self-exclusion that doesn't work. Support admitted they don't use it anymore, but they won't fix the website.
• Support avoiding me: The live chat stopped answering my questions after I proved they lied about the account limits.
• No License: This casino operates without a license and ignores all responsible gambling rules.

Avoid Toshi.bet if you care about your money. They lie to players and hide when they are caught. I am moving this case to Casino Guru now.

For I would advised you stick to that section in laying your complaint which I believe they would definitely respond to you as soon as possible, or alternatively you could quote @holydarkness if he has any direct contact to this casino so that he could help you to reach out to them to respond to you, provided that you have a concrete evidence to show that all what you are saying is true and not lies. It’s not about causing FUD, it’s about the total lack of communication from Toshi.bet. Before I created any thread, I tried to resolve this privately. I sent two DMs to @senorcrypteroni and I was ignored twice.

Even if they are "analyzing" the case, it is not professional to stay silent for days while they are active online. They haven't sent a single message to say "we are reviewing this".

The facts are:

• I sent two DMs before opening any thread - Both were ignored.
• I have received zero email replies to this day.
• Their chat support admitted the contact email in their ToS is non-functional.
• Management is active on the forum but refuses to acknowledge the problem.

I am posting here to warn others because their Terms of Service are misleading and their support is deleting messages when caught in a lie. If they want me to stop posting updates, they should start by answering my messages.

Stop lying to the community. There was no "amicable resolution" and your technical excuses are fake.

Management is trying to twist the facts to hide their negligence. Let’s look at the truth:

• The "Full Ban" Trap: You claim you offered to fully ban the account on Jan 9th. This was a predatory choice: you knew I had pending bets and rakeback rewards. If I accepted a ban, I would forfeit my money. You only offered the ban because you were lying that a "Withdraw Only" block was impossible, hoping I would stay and gamble the rest.
• The Telegram Lie: You claim this was "resolved amicably" via Telegram on Jan 13th. I didn't speak to anyone from Toshi.bet. I spoke to a third-party Bitcointalk member who helped with a withdrawal and then blocked me immediately. Furthermore, it is NOT resolved: I still have pending rewards that were never paid.
• The "Withdraw-Only" Contradiction: You state that you do not provide "withdraw-only" restrictions. This is a direct lie. My account is currently in that exact mode—I can access my wallet but I am blocked from betting in the Casino and Sportsbook. Your agent "Coco" even deleted her messages when I pointed this out. Why are you lying about your own system's capabilities?
• 43 Days of Negligence: You say email is "not instant". I sent my self-exclusion request on December 2nd. Ignoring a gambling addict for 43 days while they lose thousands of dollars is not a "delay"; it is a predatory tactic to profit from someone's condition.
• Fake Terms of Service: Your website still tells players to use selfexclusion@toshi.bet. You admit you don't monitor it effectively, which proves your Responsible Gaming policy is just a front to look legitimate while you trap players.
