The world is developing, so along with the development of technology, the percentage of people in the world who are employed is also decreasing. Nowadays, many people are not getting jobs even after obtaining the highest degree from the university. This is really a sad fact because in various big companies, AI or robots are doing various jobs. Moreover, I think that the people of the current generation prefer to avoid working in other companies, they learn various types of work on online platforms and work there to improve their lives. However, I think that those who are currently in the world must study from school and later they have to gradually increase their knowledge. However, I think there are some people who have become successful in business without studying, but it is better to start a business after studying. Every person is skilled and if they are educated, they have spiritual knowledge. According to the way students are given knowledge on various subjects in schools and universities, they can manage their lives and they can be more successful.

This question does not have one single answer like yes or no.
There are areas in various field of applications (industry) that requires certain knowledge from peoples experiments which is gotten through theories and school makes it a bit easier, self studies can go but how many non graduate has committed to these studies? You will see that they are very few or negligible. The time mapped out for detailed studies and some experiment in school can't be a total waste. However, all what that's going on nowadays shows that schooling has to be readjusted to carry the weight of what is happening in the globe.

If Bill Gates and Steve Jobs made it (they were kicked out of college), you can do it. The sky is the limit to how far you can go. With a good "money making" mindset, nothing should stand in your way.

Bill Gates, Steve and Mark all lacked college degrees, but they were not kicked out. They decided to drop out of school to pursue their passion

Furthermore, they dropped out of school to pursue their passion and achieved tremendous success. That does not mean we will be able to do the same thing. They are different from all of us, they are extraordinary people, rare in the world. Not to mention, their background are completely different from ours, most of them come from wealthy families.

Look around the world, how many people who dropped out of college have been able to achieve the same success as them? So do not imitate them
We can still succeed without a degree, but if you have the opportunity, get one because it is very useful for ordinary people like us. Degrees are important.

These is what usually follows when the issue of university being relevant or not. In as much as someone who never even attended school whether primary or not can make a lot of fortune, that doesn't mean it will happen for everyone. So many can't really do self education that Gates, job , mark and few others did? In so many peoples life the hand writing is usually very clear if they don't receive certain level of schooling that's meant to educate them.

Mistake in these discuss is how everything talked about university degree still being relevant is tailored towards money . Is it that schooling which is meant to educate does not longer play any tangible role in human life?

The men mentioned above and others all employed graduates why? And are still employing graduates why?
Schooling ( that's meant to educate) trajectory can be reform to suit these age/nowadays.

Having a university degree, is more like prestige. Of course, you can be successful without it. But you might not get the same level of recognition in society as those with a degree. You can have the skills and the knowledge. Without a university or college degree, employers will think twice before hiring you. For starting your own business, this wouldn't matter.
Sure, it is a prestige. But it is also a requirement for a certain job. So, it is actually not a useless thing, it is quite important for certain jobs. However, I agree that people can succeed although they have no a university degree. The jobs are varied, many of the jobs which don't require a university degree. But I remind everyone that running a business isn't an easy thing. Even more if we have no good insight or knowledge.

If Bill Gates and Steve Jobs made it (they were kicked out of college), you can do it. The sky is the limit to how far you can go. With a good "money making" mindset, nothing should stand in your way.
We can't blindly follow them. The luck of everyone isn't the same. And there must be some factors that can make Bill Gates and Steve Jobs successful. Not all people probably have the factors. So, it will be safe if we try to study at college to have a better opportunity to get good jobs.

You do not just get a university degree just to get a job. Education is the backbone of every nation, do you know why this education or university degree is the backbone of every nation?
The degree you get from the university creates a new identity for you. At some point this degree plays a role in your life, even after a long time, people realize that getting a university degree was not in vain. Our knowledge will continue to increase as we try to learn. Humans actually have no end to knowing and there is no age to learn.
At least it would be better to keep this consciousness, yes, a university degree is always valuable. If someone gets a university degree, whether he has a job or not, his knowledge definitely increases. And he finds some way or the other to earn his living. Therefore, a university degree is always valuable

University degrees have importance when we want to get job in any firm because these will see our qualifications first which is basic requirement of the company and after they will train us to do work in this firm . If you want to be primary teacher then you should not choose university degrees and you are going to wrong path when you will get nothing and you will regret at a time of old age . IT field is emerging field and there will be high jobs in the IT and people should adopt that profession because that is best for the future but you have to do practical things if you want to get money from that .More people are earning from other fields and many fields have Saturation where is no space for new comers.

I think this is an important point for people to understand. It's wrong to use people like Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg as examples of people who can succeed without a college degree. I think this is biased and flawed. It's only a small sample of people who have achieved success without a college education. Furthermore, both Mark and Gates dropped out of college because they had a passion to pursue. They also had privileges from the start because their parents had the connections and money to build their children's businesses. Nowadays, almost any knowledge can be acquired without going to college. However, some knowledge requires theory, practice, and years of experience, which should be acquired through college because it's more effective and efficient.

Instead of focusing on the degree, I will always encourage people to focus on the skill in the qualification especially when you are deeply interested in the course of study. The degree certificate is just a paper evidence to show you have passed through the course and exercise. The real education is in the skills you acquired alongside some of which are multifaceted and can land you jobs easily. But if you only focus on the book and the skills is not properly developed, you will end up not having any tangible value to show off in the labour market which is usually highly demanding, over saturated and full of people who are looking for the same thing you are looking for.

Degree is not simply a piece of paper certifying that you have completed a course. Your degree proves that you have undergone a systematic learning process, demonstrating perseverance, discipline, and a solid foundation
In terms of form, a degree is just a piece of paper. But you will never be able to own it if you cannot meet its strict requirement.

It is no coincidence that employers consistently consider qualifications as a crucial input factor in the hiring process. Therefore, do not underestimate qualifications and overestimate skills, and do not think that skills alone will guarantee you a job.
Believe me, not many companies will hire you without a degree, no matter how good your skills are. Even if you are lucky enough to get the job, you will never have the opportunity to advance to higher positions within the company.

Yep, a university degree still matters, especially in professions that cannot exist without formal education, like medicine, law, and other regulated fields where certification and good training are compulsory..

But, it does not matter as much in skill based professions that can be built independently..  In those areas, what truly matters is your skill level, experience, and ability to deliver results, not necessarily a degree..
