Okay, so to clarify, you're living alone and/or with someone you're sure not gambling, your brother and other family, that sometimes visit by 30 or something is just a visitor instead of actively sharing the same household as you. And far as you know, maybe, just maybe, the chance of their accusation of multi-acc is from your brother, when he visit?

For future players, if true, say you didn’t take a bonus and you have one account. The rest is irrelevant and nothing good comes from saying anything else since it’ll be used against you.

That's not what I see at all. I see Holydarkness taking considerable time to help as many different players from as many different casinos as possible. He is not an official representative for any casino. I don't know if he gets paid outside his sig campaign, but that's not really relevant, because he is out there actually trying, and he has indeed been able to help dozens of people reach a resolution with casinos in the past.

Why are you talking about other cases?  I agree in most cases that Holy does a great job. No one is perfect and he's killing the OP's case and he keeps doubling down.

XYes and Betfury are the only cases I've disagreed with holy because they are obvious. Holy ruled for XYes. Someone needs to be on the player's side and talking will kill him everywhere because BetFury can spin it.

You can check the withdrawal from your originating wallet [thus, deposit to your BetFury account]. Unless you can't remember what wallet you use for deposit and withdrawal? From like... a month ago? It's okay if you don't remember, though. It's just will be super helpful if you can provide that info.

I think you'll win here but if you do go to Ask Gamblers, you submit one account, no bonus. Bet Fury replies and you show why it's not true.

Bet Fury flagged you for some reason and not knowing the reason but's you at a disadvantage. When holy submits his report, even if the report disproves the first allegation, they may find something in the report. If holy mistakenly submitted you have a brother with a second account, then you lose.

Holy does a good job spearheading cases but we all make mistakes. You should ask to see the report before sent to Bet Fury.
