Sadly, yes, though it's probably due to my absence on the forum for about almost the entire week last week, that perhaps your case got pushed down from my contact's attention. But rest assured that it is not off our plate and I nudged them about your issue every now and then, with yesterday as the most recent.  I am yet to hear from that contact, will made another nudge later today, as I have to leave early [few minutes from now] to handle the backlog of IRL matters that got delayed following that last week's chaos.

Wild... 6 months no answers and now a 6 week fiesta in BTC talk on top of this and BC can't give the man his 750 bucks. I'm actually facing a similar thing right now, I hadn't played in BC since my last problem with them. Today decided to log in after like 3-4 months. I still have like 280 life time refs there who sometimes play. To my surprise there was like 90 bucks of affiliate commission and I discovered they have poker now, so I tried it. Happened to take balance to like 720 ish, requested 651 usdc via erc20 and few mins later while playing dice I get kicked out and account locked. I had few laughs around the community, no wonder most have left  this is like legit hilarious. I should be kycd long time ago and I've had this account for 5 years at least. But what's like really weird is these winnings are from poker - meaning it's like straight from other ppl pockets, so the casino didn't lose a penny on my session, yet they are that broke that they can't pay me $651 and let me finish my $70 gambling session

I got my contact to look into to your case. They told me that they've sent you a link for re-KYC by 29th August and you opened the link but didn't upload any document. Can you please confirm and, if you did, help us understand why you didn't follow up with the re-KYC?
Thank you for this information. I have checked my email and found the message from August 29th. It is indeed marked as "read," but I honestly don't remember opening it or going through the process. It's possible I opened it by mistake without paying attention to the content. Could you please find out if it is possible for them to resend the message, or if I can use the same link I already have to upload the documents? Hmm... I'll try to reach them about this and whether or not it is possible to resend another re-KYC link if the previous one has expiracy date. I'll have to personally say that it'll be a close call, due to the nature of the case, and that you've opened the link but didn't get through the end of the re-KYC process. But let's cross our fingers as my contacts do have their ways to amaze me sometimes.

Our risk team find compelling evidence of multiple abuse to our Terms of Service, like double use of KYC where the documents uploaded to verify your account also being used by other account, on top of multiple connected accounts and a possibility of account changing hands.

It is a biological impossibility for another individual to have passed this crucial step using my documents. Your own security protocol is designed to prevent exactly this kind of fraud. How could your system allow for "double use" of my documents when your own procedure requires a live person to perform physical actions? This accusation makes your entire verification process seem fraudulent and deeply flawed. The claims of "multiple connected accounts" and "account changing hands" remain vague and unsubstantiated. They are just words without a shred of proof. I will not accept this "final" decision based on what appears to be a logically impossible scenario. I demand that you provide clear, compelling evidence that can explain how your own live verification process was bypassed. I have provided all information and cooperated fully, and I expect a genuine, substantiated response.

I feel for you man, and i fear that you will never see those funds. Their poker arm has made the exact same fabricated claims against me too with zero evidence.
