Gambling is about taking risk and don't forget that risk is associated with lose and that can have some negative effects on an individual so I don't personally see something about gambling that is really good the anything that I see that is close to resembling positive is the spirit of the gambler they don't always give up easily even they are losing they always continue until they get a win .




But this spirit is what actually kills them at the end of the day because continuesly gambling while even losing is one thing that has recked the life of many gambler's making them to always live below their income and a reduced standard of living

Well for me, I haven't seen any good side of gambling both to me and to other gamblers which I know.

Gambling has been doing more harm than good in the life of gamblers, especially if they are addicted. Even if they win a huge amount of money, most gamblers will still want to invest it back into gambling, wanting to get more wins, before they quit gambling which is not entirely sure, instead of using the money to invest into something that will be more resourceful, they might half the money into two, use half to enjoy or spending lavishly and use the other half for gambling.

Not in every case that gambling can relive you of stress and anxiety,  it is mostly in some peculiar cases whereby the gambler is gambling  for that purpose but for the vast majority I believe it even contributes to their anxiety and can stress their minds mostly when they are on a loosing streak because for them they were hoping to make money from the game but ending up loosing only gets them even more stress because they may be sacrificing their little with the hopes to double.

Being disciplined and consistent in your efforts can keep you in the gambling industry. Yes, playing in moderation is one way to avoid stigmatizing gambling. I agree with you that %70 of gamblers are the cause of their problem because they don't obey the limit control system that makes them exceed their gambling limit. If they control their urge of gambling when they are losing or when they have win several times, then they can  assume that there is good side of Gambling.
