This is football for you, one thing that makes football unique and interesting it's the fact that football is dynamic and unpredictable.Even the smallest team can bring up a surprising result against the biggest of teams. Not a too good result for Mourinho's team this weekend because drawing against a team like Casa Pia was not a expected result. Benfica problem has been defence and the attack they find it difficult to score goals and also to defend properly when they are leading this has also hunt them Even in Europe Mourinho has been complaining about it but has not found solutions to it.

I saw the whole match and Benfica really fought hard, there was a goal that was disallowed and yes that caused them to lose this match also because of an own goal, and it was clearly visible, even though Trubun did his best to block the final kick but Tomas Araujo missed it and it became an own goal.

And in the first minute of the second half, Benfica were stolen by Casa Pia with a quick counter-attack that the Benfica defense couldn't stop, we could clearly see that they were disorganized in the second half.

Should the manager or the players be blamed for the draw. I will say the players because how have they been two goals ahead and allow to be tracked down that way. Benfica were the worst that night. And if we are to rate Jose Mourinho in the Liga Portugal, he has been collecting few important points, but in the Champions League,  all three games since he secured the job have been lost. Chelsea, Newcastle and also Bayern Leverkusen have scored a total of five goals against Jose Mourinho. He should be serious and fix up his sqaud.

In the middle of the season, many teams experience player injuries if the transfer season is extended then they can design a new strategy to win the remaining matches, indeed the current transfer system is limited and they have to wait until the next pre-season, and for the problem of adapting, of course it will be easy to design by each coach in each club and players who have high character all of that will be easy to do, and we can see at the beginning of the match many teams really want to be champions but in the middle of the season it seems as if they have and many players lose concentration when playing they need new energy to finish until the end of the season.

This is a very good argument on your part, it is true that the existing transfer window system is sometimes too inflexible to allow a club to work through some unexpected difficulties in the middle of the season. Damage, loss of shape or strategy frequently necessitate new solutions and the inflexibility obliges teams to adhere to only what they constructed several months ago. The possibility of a mid-season window of adjustments or a so-called mini transfer window would help to make the game more balanced and competitive, particularly to clubs that are not supported by giant squads. Don't you think Mourinho's era has already ended? I think the main reason behind Benfica's being bad is that now. Not only mentioning this league but also the Champions League. They even have 0 points there. 

His time at Fenerbahçe was also not good enough. The fans criticized him a lot for changing the lineup and system too often instead of being patient. I don't think Mourinho's future will be bright at Benfica either.
