Yeah, I have seen them, and faced them too. Even I have received negative feedback from an abuser as I had taken the side of a casino by following the evidence . Anyway, Winna is a new casino. But scam accusations are popping up against them everyday now. Which looks bad. I hope their representative will give quick response always to the accusation in order to maintain a good reputation.

Of course -  casino representatives must be responsive to any issues their customers may have. They don't need to be available 24/7, but they are expected to be present when a problem arises. The solution is simple, if they choose to do so - one way is to activate a Telegram notification bot when someone mentions their username. Regarding some false accusations - casino representatives may need to clarify them to maintain their reputation. It's not wise to let accusations linger unaddressed - representatives can easily refute false accusations from users seeking to damage their brand's reputation.

Their presence is important especially that they are building their reputation in Bitcointalk.

If they don't answer those allegation and let it come by then provably that it can affect people's decision to play on their casino. So while its early they should come and check their threads then answer any allegation posted so that they can stop those trolls doing posting baseless claim and they can help those people facing legitimate issues.

Their casino looks great and promising. They need to build good reputation to attract lots of people since this is important so that they can build solid community here.

As soon as a casino launches its signature campaign here, the scam accusations start to appear. I would recommend that you keep that in mind so you can verify what I am saying. I have been noticing this for a couple of months now. This is why I believe there are people who target new casinos/sportsbooks and abuse them, and then come with a scam accusation thread and create pressure to get their funds released. It can be noted that there has always been a type of envy towards new casinos and they try to tarnish them with accusations of this style, sometimes this happens, I think it is normal, new casinos always have to show that they are trustworthy, that they have a good Reputation, a good reputation is not earned overnight, you have to work as you are doing and continue Doing it well, the facts will speak for themselves.

Thank you for your observation, as that's what I also notice here ever since. When the casino started their ANN thread and there was no signature campaign, it's so quiet. Then when it started to promote here and then we have campaigners posting in their thread, suddenly we will see a newbie account suddenly telling that this casino has scammed them. Yet, most of them in this in the beginning here. Anyhow, it's been rampant already to the point that we can tell that there will be a lot of incoming scams in new casino in the future. It's either they don't have proof or the obvious that they want to hurt the image of the new casino and put pressure on them to pay.

Scam accusations can be invalid and can be attacks to a company from their competitors.

Trolling can exist with invalid scam accusations or just pure trolling attempts. In general the forum does not tolerate trolling but practically it's barely seen accounts with trolling activities were banned.

I only remember one troller was banned, game-protect, but the main reason is dox, not troll.

They can chose to ignore unless there's a valid evidence provided by someone for their accusation but they even ask for refund for losing all their bets and the money they deposited belong to someone else which accusation doesn't even makes sense but people did that against a casino or even tried threatening to bring down their reputation on forum with back to back accusations from throwaway accounts.

Anyone who didn't provide evidence in their thread should be ignored by others that reduce the trolling here.

So, I am not the only person who has noticed this kind of behavior. You guys noticed that, too. It is good to know that some other people share the same idea. I always believed these people just try to extort a new platform because they are new here. Since the casino/sportsbook is new, they don't know how to handle these cases and feel the pressure, and often they end up paying these abusers.

This tactic is kinda known these days. Of course, there will be more and more new casinos, and I think we will see the same case again in the future. The community needs to confront these abusers and scammers. Thanks for your observation as well.

Collectively, we have been tackling this issues for years now, but it seems that in the last two years or so, it become rampant and obvious that some of those accusations are form of like a demolition job. Maybe there are people who intentionally wanted to destroy them or there could be some entities from behind that wanted a new casino getting a bad rep as again, after all this is a tough niche to be with as competition are stiff just like in the tumbling services. The good thing is that this community are not getting to let this slip around here. We are here to look at every evidence and we will judge base on the proof and not be bias on our decision.

I don't think the competitors do these. I don't think they have enough for this kind of dirty work. The competitors won't make deposits on other sportsbooks and give them money to see if the casino blocks their accounts. These are the abusers who just want to get some unfair benefit, and they can do it if they see the casino is new in this forum. They target new platforms because most of them lack a forum background, and they are unsure of how to handle these individuals. Some people in this forum support these abusers in their thread, and the platform feels pressure. Even they can stop coming to this forum if it happens multiple times.

You're right, almost all of the accounts alleging fraud use new accounts to make accusations against casinos. If they were right, why would they be afraid? I doubt anyone would search and find this forum just to accuse a casino of fraud, so logically, they're people who are already familiar with this forum.

Because many casinos here have been discouraged or even banned due to fraudulent behavior, and we are very grateful for eliminating scam casinos.

Hitting these high multipliers is very difficult. In my opinion, site owners placing multipliers above 1000x wouldn't be a bad idea. At least this would encourage more people to play, because they would have hope that one day they would hit this high multiplier and with that they would win a lot of money while betting a small amount, something like $0.01. If I'm not wrong, placing $0.01 on a 1000x multiplier and hitting it would be $10, and an amount that casinos can easily pay out quickly.

You are completely wrong if you think that all those accusations are a part of attack from the competitors. I have seen some other forum members to say the same thing like you, but it doesn't make any sense. Almost 99% accusations are real, where 50% to 60% come from abusers and other 40% to 50% comes from victims (which get resolved later).

Users search for a casino on Google or other search engines before submitting their complaint. The ANN thread or scam accusation thread from Bitcointalk forum appears at the top list when someone searches for them in any search engines. And users submit a complaint here with hope when they find them in Bitcointalk forum. This is why we haven't seen accusations against Winna while they weren't here.
