This particular player was marked by the fraud team explicitly as “value/arbitrage betting” and as explained got locked therefore. He is in profit on Winna and calling our platform a scam because a user is in profit and is not getting paid out winnings he obtained in a fraudulent way is not understandable for me.

Like ice hockey, it's not popular in Brazil, but it's available in most casinos, including Winna. If a company has an announcement thread here, and they are scammer, the forum community will response appropriately by scam accusations, and Trust as well as trust feedback.

Exactly there's no moderator here will take action on their problem so better they should not rely on them.

If they have legitimate case then they must post their accusation on right board. But make sure that they bring solid evidence or something that can validate their case.

This case is not new here. Check scam accusation and you can see bunch of accusation thread related to arbitrage betting that often ignored once the bookie released official statement.

Odds provider like betsby track your IP and device. They are using tool to determine your real IP even if you use VPN.

They will not accuse you for arbitrage betting if they don’t have evidence. Hence if your confident that your not doing it then move your case on Askgamblers.
