It's most likely come from our manager himself, thru his experience of how many participants in the beginning and then the payrate and if they see good results then why not continue? Our sports fraud team flagged your account for abusing odds in an unfair manner ("value betting") which violates our Terms of Service. This is a common practice and policy on every major sportsbook provider.

You were informed about the decision and your account got locked because of that. Of course you were able to withdraw your initial deposit amount.

EDIT: just checked your account again and you deposited a total of $8,263.83 withdraw  a total of $9,591.97 so are even in profit on our casino.

Because as a new player in this community, they should be clear with complaints or past issues that could deter their potential players from playing on their site.
