That slot games is most of the time no hitter on regular spin or if ever you hit bonus feature on few spin it only converts to small win like everything is hard to win on that game. It’s not extremely volatile but sometimes it’s so hard to hit a bonus feature on bad luck days.

I don’t play anymore this provider because most of the crypto casino restrict my region on playing this specific provider. I did have a few runs of beer money depo turning into decent cash outs like my 5 bucks to 60 bucks (I was playing slots too). One of these days, I should try my beer money luck here as well LOL.

I hope so he will be online ASAP since we need to know what’s the real reason why the account was closed.

His issue now is the bonus balance which he still collected on the day account closure was happened. I think the whole issue of  missing rejected withdrawal was because the account was already closed by the time he initiated the withdrawal which means all balance was already confiscated by the casino.

I can confirm the account wasn't already closed. In fact, it was opened for 12h after all the declining stuff and the next day was closed. Now you can see a similar issue with another user (at least he got an "explanation" but got robbed anyways) so this is being shady from Winna.

All we are expecting an explanation (and I'm expecting my money back too). He was online on 5th but not answered. They didn't answered in complaints@winna.com.
