Damn - was hoping to watch the womens final at the US Open Tennis yesterday but the live
stream wouldnt work - very frustrating. I reached out to support who were on the case within
a number of minutes, and they tried to help but everything was operational their side.



The message I got was that the format was not supported, cant figure it out and would really
love to watch the mens final tonight to follow my bets!

I have not received a response regarding vip transfer, although I have provided everything and more than 24 hours have passed. Secondly, funds have not been withdrawn from the account for more than 3 hours, which means the withdrawal is not instant. Thirdly, no one answers in the online chat at all. Can a company representative give any comment on this?

I do think that if they are handled in such a way, there is probably something that keeps the withdrawal from being processed, maybe they check the activity more thoroughly or something along the way.

I think it's abnormal to not give a client feedback for a whole day anywhere. I don't recommend doing business with them!

That's good to know. I wasn't aware that Winna has live streams. Did you watch the whole match? Can you comment some more on the quality of the stream? Did it run smoothly, were their interruptions, significant delays, etc.?

My home internet is good, 300 Mbps, and it was stable, with a few brief moments of delay, but not very often
I can't tell you if there is a delay compared to broadcast TV or Pay Per View because I had no way to compare

Today there will be more World Cup qualifying games and I'll check with Brazil's game live on TV and on Winna's streaming service, then I'll post the result of how many seconds of delay there are

I'll also check how many championships are being broadcast this way

To watch the games, you just need to be logged in to Winna. You don't need to have bet on the game, but you do need to be logged in, otherwise the option won't appear.

I can only think of reasons why you think it take sometime for them to reply.

a. they are checking everything first
b. maybe their fraud division has flag some "suspicious" activity

So just wait and see how it goes. And for sure they might have seen your problems already.

Winna is an interesting one for sure. I use AI to provide me with comparisons and user feedback on certain casinos before registration, emphasising no affiliate BS. Often times, because i be stoned and bored basically, i ask the question on multiple conversations, and on multiple apps, just to see what they come back with, how much hallucination is occurring, and so on.

I've never gotten a positive response regarding Winna from any of the conversations when ive just asked the question plain and simple like one normally would, and it'll not hold back on referencing reddit posts galore, as well as trust pilot and a couple of other uninteresting forum-styled social platforms. When i start pressing the question further, asking for clear un-repeated references, sometimes the LLM seems to start gathering data from affiliate sites, which i tell it not to, but i can see the links, and i know what content they lead to.

Its peculiar because usually the AI is decent at following your instructions, and ive not had it happen with many casinos, probably a couple, 3 at most, and winna is one of them. Not sure why, dont know what to believe, often leave the conversations more confused than i started them, regardless of the topic  Cheesy

I made an account ages ago and never played there, but i see you have mentioned vip transfer so im gonna see if i can do that too. I just contacted support recently and got a response with the form in under 5 minutes so maybe you just got unlucky with the timing and availability of support assistance. Try again, i suggest.

Edit: LMAO nevermind they require 500k minimum for transferring vip from a chosen casino. Personally i think that a bit ridiculous but maybe it'd be too much load on the casino from a financial point of view. In fairness if i just stuck to stake and not tried a million subpar casinos in between, id have around a million wagered altogether. And if i can do that without a job then that suggests its probably not too ridiculous lol nice bit of self contradiction

I did my own tests in the last couple of days. The live streams are very good, especially if you take into account that they are free. I didn't notice any geo restrictions, and if a stream was available for a live event, then I was able to watch it. The streams aren't always available at match start though. I checked that with 2 EuroBasket matches. The live streams only appeared towards the end of the 1st quarter.

I didn't know about Maximize Video, I'll test it here, thanks for the tip  Wink
It's actually not needed on Winna, because the interface offers a full-screen button you can click on. I didn't see that initially when I saw the screenshot in your previous post. That makes the Maximize Video extension redundant because they both achieve the same thing. Maximize Video helps in situations where there isn't a dedicated full-screen button.

Why need to wait? While you can post those proof you are saying here?

Aside from you nobody posting any negative complaints and what I see is people are happy with those things they are experiencing especially with those streaming feature they found out here.

Also for sure that no people will easily believe you if we cannot see something that can validate your statement. So post those things what's needed since if you can bring a solid accusation here for sure it can help people to avoid this casino.
