Is the license of Winna.com put on hold? Tobique website linked in their footer says:

Operating status: PENDING
The Company above has a valid Tobique Gaming License, however the registered domain is undergoing testing and therefore should not accept users or process payments.

Let us not make a conclusion too quickly. Probably they are still in the process of renewal, since their license has only recently expired. That can happen sometimes, especially if there are delays with documents or approval. But it's nice to hear from them as well.

And what about the recent confiscations made by Winna? Just check X, Trustpilot, and the scam accusation forum threads that remain unanswered.

I can confirm that I filed a complaint 8 days ago. The Tobique Commission gave Winna 7 days to reply in the same communication thread in order to keep the complaint process moving. They never replied to me, nor to the Commission.

They are ignoring all scam accusation threads. They are also ignoring all formal complaints sent to complaints@winna.com.

This is starting to spread on X, where several cases can already be seen, with people actively reporting the situation:

This is not FUD. Everything mentioned above is factual, and I can prove everything I am saying.

There are a lot of red flags around Winna, starting with the fact that they are not addressing anything. Then there is the “PENDING” status on their license, which again is not FUD or an opinion, but a verifiable fact that anyone can check on Winna’s website.

The Commission is saying they should not be accepting new users or processing payments, yet they appear to be doing both. That means they are not compliant at this moment, and that is not FUD either.

With all that said, of course I am not neutral on this matter, because they confiscated my money. But that does not make what I am saying false, and I invite anyone to verify it for themselves.

I wouldn't call it FUD. I mean if the same thing happened to you, would you not share it here and using that way to get back what's rightfully (or not) yours? I don't see any problem in that. What I do think might be a bit annoying is him posting his stuff over and over again in the ANN thread, instead of keeping the conversation within his scam accusation thread.

Oh and the expired license, something should not happen with a business that takes itself serious. Sounds very amateurish and something like this is nothing that:

On that matter, we just have to wait for their response regarding this issue.

For me, the license is not really the most important thing, especially since we are in the crypto world. What matters more here is the reputation of the casino. If they can resolve legitimate complaints and handle users properly, then that is already good enough for me.

Here is just my guess, I believe the license issue may not be that big of a deal if they are still trusted by casino game providers. Those game providers also have licensed games, so I don’t think they would just give access to a casino that is not compliant with the law. Anyway, all of this will only become clear once they give a proper response. Whether here or through any of their official announcement channels, they should address this so users can understand the real situation.

He has the right to share his issue here and in any other places where Winna exists. But he is dragging the license expiration matter and saying about the exit scam possibility here with his issue. I would like to consider it as FUD at this moment. His issue is related to sports betting, and Winna's odds provider is Betby. You are aware of the issues related to Betby odds provider. I guess he was previously restricted at other Betby provider sportsbook. The users deserve to get a proper response regarding the decision made by Winna. They are ignoring him, which doesn't look good.

Just another proof of what a shitty site winna is. I encountered a major bug (guess several people have seen it before but since it benefits the players kina maybe nobody reports it). It gives winna a double digit % in deposit loss when executed by the right people (only VIPs possible and some other criteria).

Anyway I reported the bug at least a week ago. They have an official email address for that and until now no reply or reaction whatsoever, like they don't care at all. The bug is also still out there working.

I mean what site doesn't take action when something like this gets reported?

Also, when I reached platinum some clown VIP host sent me an email (total draft email) asking for my telegram:

"Please reply to this message with your TG username and I will personally add you to your Winna VIP Group! This will give you 24/7 access to our VIP team."

Until today this did not happen, I am sure this group doesn't even exist anymore (kinda confirmed by other platinums), yet they send this nonsense out because they are too lazy to change a simple email draft, absolutely ridiculous. How you get treated at this site really is almost as bad as it was on BC, and that means something!
