That slot games is most of the time no hitter on regular spin or if ever you hit bonus feature on few spin it only converts to small win like everything is hard to win on that game. It’s not extremely volatile but sometimes it’s so hard to hit a bonus feature on bad luck days.

His issue now is the bonus balance which he still collected on the day account closure was happened. I think the whole issue of  missing rejected withdrawal was because the account was already closed by the time he initiated the withdrawal which means all balance was already confiscated by the casino.

Imho, they probably already investigating your account in the background before they officially close your account once you initiate the withdrawal. I don’t know exactly how you play in the casino that will raise an attention to Winna security department but I agree that we need further clarification about your account closure same with other user.

I use the casino recently without encountering a problem but I believe that we have different experience on using a casino.

I believe this can still be resolved if there was really an error in evaluating it, especially since the amount is quite low compared to the previous issues they already handled. I had your same good experience till the moment they started with this so you're not free of experiencing it in future. bennetwinna was again online (he was several times since the other user and me created the Scam accussation threads and posted them here) and he is ignoring it obviously in purpose. they're not answering mails to complaints@winna.com or support. I already PM he and Paul in Telegram. No answer. So the further clarification looks improbable.

Well, having in consideration the Winna representative was online and ignoring the accusations, they're ignoring me both in Live Support, direct Telegram PM and formal mails to their complaints mail... It looks shady. I filled a complaint to their license provider 4 days ago, they have 3 days to answer and remain complaint. Let's see. But I'm sure if I don't post my history here and complaint to the Tobique licensor I would be ignored forever. Shame.
