I am just going to talk about winna's customer support. They don't seem to help lately or at least promptly respond to issues that come up and this kind of things, small as they look discourage future users.

There was a user who tried asking question regarding their provably fair system [Winna is not provably fair (Server hash issues, lack of client seed agency)]. That was in September 2025. Guess when the representative responded to the thread? On March this year. The issue was resolved, but someone had to wait for that long for a response.

Winna has still not addressed my case in the scam accusation thread and also not responded to the licensing authority for around 2 weeks. This is not a good look and I am now seriously considering raising a flag.

However, I'm somewhat surprised by the lack of response to these repeated complaints.

If a casino decides to promote itself on Bitcointalk, it must also consider that this involves not only accepting deposits from forum users, but also their support.

Issue 3: Spring Slot Selection promo
The outcome of the Spring Slot Selection promo on Winna is not correct.

Winna claims there were 161 valid 1000x winners, but this does not match publicly available data. Based on checks of the “Luckiest Wins” pages on winna.com, as well as other publicly available sources (including the top multipliers on the selected slots available on fairgambling.com), there are only 18 true 1000x base-spin wins that meet the stated conditions (all public available data sources match eachother perfectly).

After users began questioning the discrepancy (161 vs 18) after the promotion had already ended, the terms were updated to state that the €25K prize pool was shared across multiple casinos. This raises several concerns: which other casinos were included, the fact that the promotion was initially presented as if it were exclusive to Winna, and that this clarification only appeared after the promotion had already ended?

I had a bad feeling about this already seeing how few eglible players there were so I documented everything (the winners), as well as the promo conditions before and after they alterted them.

It is unclear why Winna would risk reputational damage over a relatively small €25K promotion, especially when the outcome is publicly verifiable and they already distribute significantly larger amounts through daily and weekly leaderboards.

Now they claim there were 64 eglible slots. You had to enter by sending in a x1000 betslip on the selected slots. Yet there were only 19 slots listed.
This is just insane how hard they are lying.

I'm shocked to read the tweet, if it is real then it is the first time I see an affiliate program where affiliate can owe to the casino when the players under the affiliate make profit from the casino.
As I understand the revshare system is indeed based on user's lost, but I cant understand if affiliate should also pay to the casino when players under him make big profit.
I'm curious what Winna will say about this case since the case is with the head of marketing, is it truly how their affiliate program works or it is a mistake done by the head of their marketing?

I saw that post and it sounded absurd in the mind of course the same thing with profit sharing, so having to pay to the casino, it's so ridiculous, and the problem again is that the casino doesn't like its players winning, this I think is unethical as a big casino, where many of the other casinos boast of players winning at their casino as a form of fairness to their system.
 
We don't know how the breach happened here so that someone can deposit the presentation to the casino because the affiliate gets better winnings, whether it is true or not can be seen from the cooperation contract to verify, whether they are like that or not.

The user stated that he accepted the revenue share program offered by the Winna marketing team. He should have asked about the terms before accepting the offer, or Winna marketing manager could have also explained it to him. There was ignorance from both parties while making the deal. The rev share model usually works in this way.

In this case, the user won't receive any commission until his rev share balance becomes positive for the losses of the referred users. The casino won't take anything from his own deposited funds. Winna affiliate program terms say this:

9.3. Negative carryover will continue to roll forward month to month until the cumulative NGR balance becomes positive. No rev share Commission is payable while the cumulative NGR remains negative.

Isn't this rule the opposite of what the guy was told? I mean obviously he won't get rev share if he players are in profit, but once they start losing and their net profit turns red this guy should get paid. This rule states in no way the the person accepting this deal would need to pay negative ref share to the casino in anyway.

It is good that the user (streamer) didn't fall in the word of the Winna marketing team. The funds he gets for streaming deal have no connection with this revenue share program. And they have no right to cut the streamer commission by saying that the rev share balance is negative.

I don't know what you wanted to write. I see it as a mistake. I think the NOT should be removed because the complains here in the last two pages are enough to say there is an attempting scam from the casino and advice everyone using the casino to be vigilant by using small amount if they are participating or they leave the casino. Gamble there what you can afford to lose.
