Despite not being a fan what winna is doing lately I don't think that's enough for a flag, at least not yet. I mean also for players winna at the moment is breaking many promises.
The VIP transfer (and bonus) that was supposed to be open end just got finished and if you didn't reach platinum (500k wager) in the last 60 days all your perks are gone. People that had an active reload session suddenly couldn't claim it anymore once the 60 days ended exactly 15 hours ago. They just got a notification via email that perks such as reload and loss back are gone now and will be available again once they reach platinum.

Also, players that did reach platinum in the past 60 days (or during the transfer period) were promised an "exclusive bonus", guess what, no bonus in sight yet, but taking away the perks for the others happened instantly. 60 days time to be prepared to give out the bonus, but nothing. 

Anyway, that's the classic winna experience. 50% raise of wager requirement for tg drops in the past 4 months, down to like 1 tg drop per day (used to be 2-3), 125% raise of the rain requirement in the past 4 weeks (or less). Only good thing is, they finally got rid of the withdrawal fees (they first claimed that didn't exist but every withdrawal of mine missed 1$, even for coins with 0.001$ actual fee) but for that they increased the min withdrawal amount.

This has now been going on for over a month.

I raised the issue publicly, created a scam accusation thread, contacted their side directly and gave them multiple opportunities to respond properly. Despite that, no one from Winna has cared to resolve this. You have no right to just take funds from your customers without justifying it.

I am clearly not the only user affected here. There are multiple users reporting similar issues with Winna, so at some point this has to be brought forward publicly. It should never be acceptable to scam users who have done nothing wrong. We do not need that in this space.

I just checked the revenue share program at some casinos (Roobet, Windice) and found that the negative commission resets each month. Winna has an opposite rule here, which isn't a common one.

it's just shenanigans on winna part, they probably do waive the negative commission for most of their affiliates, but they have that term there for a reason, and it's solely to fuck over their partners just in case thing don't go the way they like.

With the terms in winna where negative commission is roll forwarded to the next month, I'm wondering how if this negative remains for so long time and the referral stop playing after that?

If banning accounts, confiscating balances without providing a single valid reason, and then ghosting the affected users is still not enough for a flag… what exactly would be enough?

We are not talking about a minor change in VIP terms, higher wagering requirements, reduced drops, or worse promotions. Those things are bad, yes, and they show how Winna has been breaking promise after promise lately. But the real issue here is much more serious: users have had their accounts closed and their funds taken without any transparent explanation, evidence, or proper support response.

That is the kind of behaviour flags are meant for.

A casino can change promotions, reduce bonuses, or increase requirements, and people can decide whether they still want to play there. But confiscating balances and refusing to explain the reason crosses a completely different line. If a platform can simply take user funds and disappear behind vague support replies, then no player is safe.

So yes, in my opinion, this deserves a flag. Not because Winna has become worse with bonuses, but because there are unresolved cases involving confiscated funds and zero accountability.

Anyone who believes casinos should not be allowed to ban users, seize balances, and ignore them afterwards should support the flag. The more people who stand behind it, the harder it becomes for Winna to pretend this is just a normal complaint or an isolated issue.

The only information I see is "Earn raffle tickets with every eligible World Cup wager throughout the tournament." Does it mean that every wager on WC count regardless how much our bet amount on each bet? How about the drawing system of the raffle? Will it be drawn live like in a streaming or using provably fair mechanism?

Yeah it's apparent they forgot to add a number for the wager that gives each ticket, classic. I thought I saw something like 1000$ = 1 ticket but maybe that was just in my imagination. When I check again just now I didn't find anything that would answer your question, there isn't even a fine print or TOS for this competition. Very strange!

The "free bet" part of the promotion was a joke already. The advertised that the monthly free bet would be double as high, and basically every comment on reddit, X or in chat said they got the exact same amount as last month, even with significantly more wager. So this promo 100% was false advertisement. You can see it for yourself.

Depends on the currency maybe? As far as I know usdt for example has a 20$ min withdrawal. About 2 months ago it was as low as 10$ but they raised it. At least they got rid of chanrging you the transaction fee though, so that small raise in min withdrawal amount is an ok price to pay for a free withdrawal.
Never seen a 30$ min withdrawal actually so I checked the TOS again and it also just states 20$. So guess it's not depending on currency.

Yes the $20 min withdrawal is applied to all currencies, I checked it manually one by one LOL by putting $1 on the withdrawal tab and the notification message that the min withdrawal is $20 come out.
In his case, since he did not check about the min withdrawal first before depositing into his account with $10 so it should be his own responsibility.
There is only 1 way for him, try to double his deposit then withdraw it because he cant expect the casino to lower the min withdrawal.

The minimum is $20 for all cryptocurrencies and not $30

Many cryptocurrencies have fees that can be high so they can not make it so low or they will lose more money than with the house edge earned from small players

But I agree completely that they could lower the fee for networks like Solana because the fee there is very low

winner license was on hold/pending for a while, but i just checked and it's back to being valid and verifiable.
they are also still being listed as a license holder on the tobique gaming commission website: https://thetgc.ca/license-holders/#:~:text=B2C-,GG%20Gaming%20S.R.L,-2027%2D05%2D08
so they are definitely not operating with an inactive license.

How much you have to wager though to get 1 tickets remains a mystery unless somebody actually tries to track his wager and also checks the progress within the promo all the time.

Without any doubt, the user is trying to spread FUD against Winna here. In his previous post, he said that Winna's minimum withdrawal limit is equivalent to $30. Which isn't true, the min withdrawal limit is $20 for all the users at Winna. Then he made a false claim about Winna's license while they have already renewed their license expire date.

It can be from a glitch or any technical reasons but as this issue was already reported, the Winna team will need to response to users and community reports professionally and quickly check it out, then fix it for their platform as well as for users.

No platform is completely perfect but they can develop theirs with time, from product development to bug and issue fixing activities. All these things are important for both development and maintenance of a quality platform and it is worth to do for their business reputation and success in the long term.

Things can be done manually if issues are not fixed successfully yet but after all, a big casino need to have things operate systematically and automatically too.
