Who on earth trusting TrustPilot review ? We all know these can be faked, the best review from my opinion is not based ratting score but based on solved case issue on their casino.

Example in Casino Guru, you can see how many complains are open and how many solved + you can see how casino response to the complains. Anyone who seeing a service from TrustPilot are weird.

When it violates forum rules, that is why it gets deleted, probably spam or duplicates, that is my guess, but like I said, they are the ones who can answer that.

About first, they don't give a fuck about the forum. Bennet was online 2 days ago last time, ignoring all (including the flag opened by other user, which is crazy no one is supporting btw).

if no one is supporting then probably they don't see the proof to be valid enough.

His thread is still up, and you can find all the evidence there, including his betting history. Other threads on the same forum, with less proof, have gained much more traction. Why? That’s a good question. From the start, people have refused to believe that Winna could be confiscating funds, and instead they blame Betby, the odds provider, even though the contract being breached is between Winna and its users. No matter how much proof is shown, it makes no difference: they ignore you, they explicitly tell you in chat that it is a confiscation and that the decision is final, they close your account, and they refuse to answer ANY of the accusations on the forum, even though they log in regularly.

Moderators don't just delete threads out of the blue especially in the scam accusations board. You must have repeatedly broken the forum rules that you refuse to admit. I have looked up your post in the archive - https://bitlist.co/topic/5582037, and it's very clearly that you repeatedly made consecutive posts even when mods tried to merge some of them.

Let's say I don't like a certain service. I create so many truspilot accounts but instead of sending them negative feedback, I send positive feedback to make it appear like they are trying to manipulate their ratings. Trustpilot deletes the fake feedback and then states that the service is trying to manipulate the rating. That's just one way it is to manipulate whatever you see on trustpilot. The other is obvious.

So, if the affiliate knows how winna works, they can withdraw the money and make a deposit to avoid that. Of course, the casinos would do their best to make money. Some of them are good; some are kind of tricky, or you might consider them shady. Personally, I didn't like the system that doesn't count affiliate commission losses in P&L. However, there is nothing we can do if the casino mentions this already, and it is known.

The players can simply withdraw their commission and play somewhere else, or make a deposit at Winna and play if they want. It depends on the player. But I admit that this is not what players expect.

I’m not refusing to admit anything lol. I could have made consecutive posts when replying to several people, since I couldn’t find the multiquote feature and I’m manually copy-pasting Ryzaadit’s quote.

When I wasn’t replying, I was updating the post with enough time between updates, except on 7/5. If you check the latest posts before they were deleted, several days had passed between them. If you think that is enough to justify deleting a Scam Accusation thread, that’s fine, but I disagree.

About the reviews, yes, that is a possibility. Of course, an external actor could post either negative or positive reviews to hurt your reputation. But since they are replying to those reviews, it looks like they do care about the company’s public image. So the possibility that they themselves are posting some positive reviews is no less plausible than that.

So they do care, at least to some extent. In my Google search results, Trustpilot is the second result, right after their official domain. I agree that their marketing is aimed at other areas, but they are still doing shady things, even with the reviews lol.

As long the rating showing on the front without clicking to TrustPillot.

Thats what they just need and some AI search SEO for their casino. Meanwhile majority of the warning are required to visit or click the site to show those not in the front search on Google.

BTW not tried defended Winna, majority other casino will do the same thing. Boosting a ratting, these is why never looks a casino website review or ratting. Best way is based on complains, solved complains, and response casino. A thread or forum is also best option.

Been trying to get answers on my issues for over 70 days now. I message support like once every 2 weeks to catch up. They kept telling me to be patient and assured me their "tech team was looking into it".

Perhaps you are not aware of it, but when comes to casinos and bookies Trustpilot is specially unreliable as there are simply too many campaigns with seek to spam positive or negative reviews on casinos on Trustpilot, so in general people search for other webpages which specialize on casinos, bookies and gaming in general in order to get unbiased information.
Next time you want to see whether a gambling service is reliable or not seek such information here on the forum and stay away from Trustpilot.

Also, did you receive and message from the administration on the reason why you got your thread or post deleted?
I have also got some messages or port by myself deleted in the past, but never a whole thread.

True, there are many fake reviews on trustpilot which may be done by people who are disappointed because they lost or maybe even other competitors. So I myself question the reviews that are there, because if you compare with people's experiences then sometimes it has a difference.
 
I myself rely more on this forum to see if a casino is trustworthy or not, and most of the casinos I play at I take from this forum. And sometimes even new casinos I'm more willing to try if I find them on this forum.

Nope, the bug was fixed like 2 weeks ago (spoke about that here since they never even acknowledged it, haha). So there should be no connection between those 2 things. Anyway, it is what it is. They changed a lot recently and this is just another customer unfriendly change that makes the whole experience worse, just like all the other changes they applied in the past let's say 4 months.
Seems like money is short for them so they have to save it wherever possible. 

Yeah, I'm aware of the fact that they have fixed that specific bug. I had replied to your post here. But I think there were still some issues with the automatic lossback system even after the update. Anyway, there will always be some questions about the lossback amount which users will receive from the VIP host manually. And it is going to be irritating for many users as the host usually makes delays to give a response.

It is something very important for and organize business to pay attention to there client no matter how big or famous they are and how far there names have gone. Having quite a number of positive review point might not have touched certain questions customers are willing to get clarity about. So the customer care section is important for all business and overlooking it might prevent interested big client from investing or patronizing the casino.

At the time he move from Shuffle to Winna and Scam them with 200K/300K USD. Thats the time we know about Winna and even after getting scam the Owner still invited him meet up.

He actually go there and see the owner Winna and do stream with Viking. They still giving Goobr some marker as well.

Not valid enough? I have posted more than enough evidence for anyone who understands sports betting to see that having your balance confiscated over this is a complete scam.

What makes it even worse is that their representatives have been avoiding me despite the fact that I have reached out repeatedly and contacted them on both Twitter and Telegram. When I spoke to Drunk he told me he had sent it to the higher-ups and then ghosted me exactly as I predicted. They even avoided responding to the licensing authority.

Honestly, I could not care less about the amount they scammed me for. What I care about is that scam books should not be allowed to scam people who legitimately win without doing anything wrong. I care about this space and they should not be able to do whatever they want.

If people here still do not care and would rather look away even when everything is this obvious, then what more can I do? I guess it will take more people getting scammed before others start waking up, just like in the Betnomi situation years ago.

I agree, having the handling of the lossback in the VIP hosts will add more uncertainty for players. Any manual process brings to mind how the total is determined and if everyone is being treated equally even if the error has been corrected in the original source. The benefit of an automatic system is that the player can see what's happening and receives instant feedback, whereas with hosts, the only feedback comes when the player has to wait for responses, particularly during peak hours. Those delays can drive users crazy for high-volume users. Hopefully this will enhance communication around the lossback process and give players better explanations as to what they are in for.

Winna doesn't do anything to improve the player experience, all they do is lower rewards, increase requirements, strip VIP perks and other nonsense.
Just another example, my VIP transfer bonus runs out in under 24 hours. It was supposed to be running forever until you could claim it, until they decided to go back from their original terms and set a timer on it. After 750k wager I am at 44% (since originals only count 25%  ) .



With the loss back that's all on purpose of course. When you can't claim your loss back immediately obviously people tend to deposit again, fresh money int he system. VIP hosts take their time to reply. Sometimes I had messages unread for days. And the normal support is as always no help at all, but what else is new here.

they basically did a bait and switch on everyone who took that VIP transfer offer, and changing pre agreed on terms is scummy in every way.

i'm noticing they are trying to not pay in every possible way, from increasing requirements for bonuses, affiliate money not counting towards PnL, confiscating sports wins from the scam accusations, etc... makes you wonder why?
