Found this thread so just registered to add my voice on what to expect from Winna. When I joined last September I did the VIP transfer. I asked the host what the time limit was to meet the wagering requirement and was told there was no limit so I went for the largest one at $3m. Since then I have wagered $1.3m, of which 600k counted towards the VIP target. I was just told recently that I have to hit the target by the end of July or its gone. I showed them the chat where I was told there is no limit but they dont care. Nothing they can do they say and no pro rata compensation etc "but at least you still have plenty of time to hit the target" Oh yes....Just over a month to wager $2.4m when most games dont count 100%...thanks!

I think it's quite disgusting to behave this way so just a word of warning for anyone who sees this what to expect from Winna.

Many people, including me, have been affected by that silly change. While I understand they there can be a change for the transfer, assuring people there is no time limit but then telling them from now on you have 2 months time to reach it is straight up ridiculous. I took the 3750$ bonus with a wager target of 500k. Since I only played originals mostly that count only 25% my 750k wager only got me 44%. Since ther was "no time limit" obviously I had no hurry.

Well, 3 days ago my wager expired and all the "hard work" was for nothing. Not even the smallest compensation, even if I virtually already gained 1650$. Not even 50$ or whatever, haha.

That's the winna experience right there. Big promises, big disappointment.

The main issue is not about reasonable time to complete the target wager but how they changed the rule.
At the beginning of the VIP transfer confirmation, there is no time limit for players to complete the target wager but after some time, they notify players to complete wager within 60days.
It wont be an issue or there wont be complaints if they gave the time limit on confirmation of the VIP transfer process.

Everybody was promised no time limit, not just him. I have been told the same, especially because I specifically asked about that and the VIP host confirmed. It's false advertising, plain and simple. It's crazy how casinos get away with this shit. In the real world a contract is a contract, you can't just change it within a couple of months. Yeah sometimes things change, I get that, but not that way. In real life this would be a clear contract violation with reason to sue.

Oh by the way, they also screwed their players in a different way. The email when the change notification came said:

What I wanted to say about the progress bar bonus is that if it was still there, logically players should be eligible for the bonus (not only those who did the transfer on that specific date only). If those who did the VIP transfer before the mentioned date are no longer eligible for the bonus, it should be removed at the time they changed the rule or at least notify users like "you are no longer eligible for the bonus even if you reach the target within 2months". I hope official winna rep will come here to say something reasonable about this case.

I'm going to try from my side and see if it might be possible to get someone to look at it and at least address it, seems a small thing for them to just keep their word on original agreements, but I guess we all know what to expect, hope they can surprise our expectations.

I am reading this right that you need to wager $6000 to earn $2? Everyone seeing a $2 bonus with $6000 wager will laugh and not even try the casino. I really believe it is better to not give any bonus instead of a low value like this, it is just a shame

Maybe they have enough players and just do not want to stop at once with such promotions?

Seems that winna is downgrading all their bonuses, starting from increasing the requirement for the chat rain and now lowering the amount of their telegram bonus drop, what next? 
Although I do not play in winna anymore since months back, but seeing this fact is a bit questionable, I have no idea why they do so while the competition is getting tougher.
Do they have to reduce their marketing/promotion funds because of a reason so they need to adjust their bonuses?

Seems like Winna is trying to be Stake casino now. Stake also gives small bonus codes like that on their 'daily drops' telegram channel. They have a higher budget than Winna, but the requirements is also a little higher than Winna. I know you aren't complaining about it here, and we shouldn't complain about it as this is an additional bonus. But they aren't going to make any changes by looking into the constructive feedback or criticism.

Well, in that case they should have lower the wagering requirements so many gamblers would have benefited from it even if the amount is low. It doesn't make any sense that you get so little bouns and you have to wager too much, that's insane and not a practical approach. i understand that sometimes the budget can be low but then better not give such bonuses because it will just give a chance to gamblers to speak bad about the casino and yet they are availing the bonuses too.

Can't compare them with stake. Stake gives away WAY more in daily drops (also if you include the highroller ones, that's already 150k per day). Here it's between lik 600-4k per day, peanuts.
Stake adjusted (raised the wager) those drops over 2-5 YEARS, at winna all this is happening over 6 months. Requirements have doubled since January. What once was 7.5k for 5$ is now 15k, just in this short timeframe. Now they give even less per day with those micro drops with like some hundred claims.  
Guess becoming a sponsor of the Argentina national team cost that much money so that the budget has to come out of the bonus fund pot.  

No wonder this site isn't growing and losing players. Thankfully so.

Why, because online casino cant be count for card counter. You just cannot do these in online casino, the reason online casino having 6-8 deck and each deck is being shuffle not even reached half the deck.

You can count it from start but the probility chance favour is making it small since to many deck + they shuffle it not even reached half the deck.

But for CasinoGuru, I still trust them but not blindly. I trust them not based score but based on Complain & Case. In there you can see a public case open + solved case. I take those as refference, see on open complain or case and check how progress case they response it or not. And more factor like the progress and other then come to finish case how much comparing the complain.

People still believe in score ? Not just Winna, every casino can manipulated score.
