Crystal Palace is going to win the Conference League because I dont see any team there that will win them in a two-legged tie and in the final. Another reason why I believe they will win the conference league is that I saw how they played today. If Fiorentina can lose to Crystal Palace with a 3-goal deficit, it means every other team in the tournament can share the same fate with Fiorentina. Good performance today from the winning team, obviously the better team won, and now to the next phase.

Their manager is experienced with winning European competitions. He was the  same guy who helped win it for Frankfurt during his time with them. Not the conference cup actually but the Europa League Competition. In all I'm saying, he is good enough to win them the Conference League Competition after lifting the FA Cup with Crystal Palace last season. It shouldn't suprise you when you see a London rival winning a major European trophy before Arsenal and Mikel Arteta.

Shakhtar Donetsk is  only dominating in the game in possession but they are nit having shots on target to back it up which could give them the chance to come back even as they are still losing at home, I know that they still have till second half to score but from the attempts that Crystal Palace is making if hey manage to score their second goal then it's going to be difficult for the home team to survive the game. Shakhtar Donetsk has not created any good opportunity to score except the numbers of corners they have played so they better buckle up if they do not want to lose at home.

The preliminary matches are just too many and i don't even know how the qualifications will be determined so i will be more interested when the group stage games will kick-off.

I'm also confused, too many teams to compete before the actual competition starts. I won't be interested following all matches while small teams play as they may not be interesting to watch.

I just saw that Crystal palace was demoted to play in the Conference League after winning the FA Cup due to multi club ownership, i never knew this rule existed. As one of the biggest club in this conference league, are they going to pass every stage to win at the very end.

I believe that Crystal Palace will be the winners of the Conference Cup next season, because they have the quality. They are bigger than the league, and that's not the right competition for them. This give them a hedge against other clubs in the competition. Crystal Palace will unleash their anger on any club that crosses their path based on the fact that they were demoted to a lower league.

I don’t really know most of the teams that are left in the Confrence League but what I’m mostly sure about is that Crystal Palace might not just be the strongest team in the Conference League, there must be other teams that are left in the competition, so if Crystal Palace are a very good team I’m expecting them to win the Conference League, when you look at Crystal Palace they’re not playing a very good game, and they’re not performing very well right now, when you watch the game against Liverpool you will understand that Crystal Palace aren’t a team that are very much in a good form right now.

Although FC Shakhtar Donetsk seems to be dominating the game play Crystal Palace is showing strong determination to win the forst leg. The game is quite interesting to watch Palace has made a couple of nice attempts and two has found its way to the back of the net with the current score line being 1-2. Palace seem to have a better use of their opportunities.

Rayo vallecano on the other hand has taken the lead it's 1-0 currently with the game possession being equal even though Rayo vallecano has made more attempts than strasbourg. I believe this should be a home game for Rayo vallecano who will fight hard to maintain their lead.

For me, I have given Crystal Palace the automatic ticket to the finals because their performance tonight shows that Shakhtar cannot do anything in the second leg. Shakhtar's team is too young and lacks experience. the young Brazilians are trying to play independently and in the end little has worked. Crystal Palace's victory was well deserved and I hope the second match will be more entertaining. Shakhtar has nothing left to lose anyway.

Rayo Vallecano managed to defeat Strasbourg with a strong performance. Since Vallecano didn’t even allow their opponent a single shot on target throughout the match, we can certainly say this was a great result for them. Although they had opportunities to score more goals throughout the match, I hope their failure to capitalize on them doesn’t cause them trouble in the return leg. Contrary to your belief that Shakhtar Donetsk will advance to the next round, their time is getting up already after Crystal Palace won them by a score of 1:3 in the first leg of the Conference League semifinals, though we don't know how the second leg will turn out but i don't think that Crystal Palace will be so porous at home to lose out a 2 goals advantage. I also praise Arda Turan for leading Shakhtar Donetsk this far in the conference league, the club is known for their resilience in European competitions because i can vividly recall them winning big teams like Real Madrid, Arsenal, Barcelona, Chelsea and even AS Roma in the past.

Speaking about the Rayo Vallecano vs. Strasbourg game, it was a match where I honestly didn't see Strasbourg winning; the worst-case scenario would be a draw. That's why I confidently bet on Vallecano to win, and they didn't disappoint me. They did win. Although it was only a one-goal victory at home, it's not a sure win because Strasbourg is more dangerous at home.

Speaking about the Crystal Palace vs. Shakhtar game, I also had no doubt that Palace would win. They are in a strong league and, in my opinion, are the strongest contenders for the title. That's why I bet on their victory, and they didn't disappoint me. What you guys said is true, crystal Palace are really trying i didn't even believe they'll reach where they're right now. I didn't see any clubs in that conference league that's strong enough to battle with Crystal Palace in finals, their coach is real trying because seasons ago Palace always found themselves in 12 or 14 in premier league table but this time they're fight to play in Europe competitions I'm really happy for them at list let other clubs in premier league appear in Europe competitions too.

Oliver Glasner experienced asf in this big competitions. Let us not forget that he has previously won the Europa League finals against Juventus with Frankfurt of Germany.
I'm not surprised with this win in the slightest way. As much as i wanted Arda Turan to win this game, Crystal Palace showed why they're miles ahead of them. It does gladdens me to see Premier League sides thriving.

The early goal should not have happened because its impact was bad on the team. We might be empathic with Shakhtar Donetsk regarding their special conditions and the coach himself but this is football where the best team that day wins in the field regardless how best it was before.
Crystal Palace and Premier League teams in general are quite hard to challenge. The problem that Donetsk is facing is playing next in England. That will not be an easy trip.
In the other match, Rayo Vallecano won by a single and they will face Strasbourg later in France. It is not reassuring there.

You really think Shakhtar would be able to find a way to eliminate Crystal Palace, seriously! They haven’t got what it takes to make that happen, seriously. Crystal Palace might not be at their best especially in the EPL but, when it comes to international competitions, playing against some of the weak sides in the conference league isn’t such a difficult game to win. They made good job of Shakhter tonight and from the way it is, there is no coming back from this. Crystal Palace might as well make it to the finals.
