The only way the rate of poverty can decrease in developing countries is to first end corruption. Leaders must be ready to serve and not to steal funds meant for the public. Another important step is for the country to focus on production rather than solely depending on imports. In countries like China, the rate of corruption is very low, and China is a productive country that manufactures most goods, which has boosted its economy. The problems of developing countries are corruption and consumption without production. With all these issues, it is impossible for a country like this to be free from poverty.

This seems very simple to do, but it is actually a very difficult condition to eradicate because, in the end, corruption completely disrupts everything, including the country's developing economy.

As is currently happening in my country, I do not intend to portray the country in a negative light, but the reality is that corruption in my country is extremely difficult to unravel. The amounts uncovered are growing larger over time, and these funds could easily be used to pay off the national debt or build adequate infrastructure for the country's development.
It is difficult to eradicate because the network is growing larger. Even looking at the penalties imposed, I wonder whether the law enforcement officials who impose those penalties are also part of the network, as it seems odd and even advantageous for the corrupt individuals.

This is certainly an issue that must be addressed, but for developing or underdeveloped countries, eradicating corruption is clearly no easy task, especially given the limited human resources available, where awareness of the need to build and develop is still low, and the focus remains on individual gain.

After the fall of the Soviet Union, there was a terrible economic situation in my country. You had to be in line for hours to just buy a bread and even this bread was limited and if you wanted to buy more, you had to know someone. Everyone was very poor but now lots of people live a very wealthy lifestyle. During the Soviet Union, borders were closed but once the Soviet Union fell, after a few years, we could travel in Europe. Almost every family has one emigrant in our country, they work mostly in Europe to take care of elder people and do some other stuff. They spend money in their country from Europe and then many people started businesses, bought new things and slowly, over years, we escaped poverty but there is still one bad fact, local salaries are very low and hard to live on but people aren't poor because almost everyone has one emigrant.

Give investors at a level of security and high trust, bring in investors into from outside, provide natural resources, give investors to open their businesses and businesses, in that way the country is in overcoming poverty.

Singapore, Malaysia is one of the best examples out of poverty, their economy is prosperous, the two countries are small in limited natural resources, but because they bring investors from outside And provide land to build factories and industries so that their economy grows every day, raw materials they buy outside of exports, they produce and import, that's the best way to overcome poverty.

Citizens were forced to be disciplined, otherwise they would be punished.

In USA, on the other hand, discipline has been promoted by motivational and inspirational speeches from the leaders to the citizens since US wasn't even a country yet, but a british colony.

My country doesn't miss anything to get out of the third world country stage because it's actually one of the wealthiest country but this is a very interesting topic for discussion. Germany got destroyed to death after world wars and it managed to become the number 3 economy in the world. Ireland was also a very poor country and it became a very rich one with their very smart strategy, that included becoming a tax haven for giant American tech companies, they added English as one of the official language and actively use it, which hugely benefited the country. Ireland invested into education too and tech.

Investment into education and technology is the key to success along with the hard work and dedication. Corruption and trying to ruin each-other's life is what kills the country. Being selfish about wealth and education is what kills the country. When the leaders of the developing countries will understand that improving life of their citizens will automatically skyrocket their quality of life, then these countries will escape poverties.

i agree with you, corrupt leaders siphoning off money and stashing it abroad is a huge reason why some places stay stuck, even when they’re economically developed on paper. If the profits from all those exports were actually reinvested into building factories, infrastructure, or even just basic services, it could be a game-changer. The first thing that must be done is to create a roadmap for modernization, urbanization, and domestic industrialization. Thank you for sharing the video, this video reminded me of countries like North Korea, Pakistan and even African countries, which despite these countries (Pakistan and North Korea) being at the top in terms of military power, people live in poverty and are severely oppressed. On the other hand, what a miserable situation African countries live in with all those mineral resources and fertile soil. And you really can't solve the problem of poverty overnight with a simple copy-paste, considering what I said in my last reply, one of the most basic ways is not to sell raw materials and smuggle the country's capital abroad.

Yes, it is not possible to end corruption in a short time, but the most important thing is to first have a good leader. Even if he is not able to completely end corruption, his presence at least will be able to reduce the corruption rate.

At least there will be improvement in every sector. Many people believe that having a good leader makes it impossible to end corruption because of the level of corrupt practices. However, we shouldn't just think about whether it can end or not; instead, let's think of someone who can be different from others because a little step of change can make a big difference.

If the system changes, it will be easy to have leaders who are competent and ready to serve, but when there are only corrupt leaders in all arms of government, corruption increases.

I will say here that even if there is no need to cut the budget. If they had not embezzled the budget or committed corruption and had used the budgets in the right amount and in the right places, I don't think that word would ever have been in Poverty.
But if we look at the news, we will see that in developing countries, the budget for roads is higher than the budget for 1 kilometer of road in a developed country, but the road conditions are always bad because only one-fourth of that budget is used for road work and the remaining three percent is embezzled by government bureaucrats and leaders. And this is why those countries never get rid of poverty.

What I'd say my country needs to get out of poverty is concentrated industrialization, technology and innovation, increased security, and good governance. The development of a country is influenced by many factors, and sometimes, some of these factors are linked together. They affect each other in positive and negative ways.

Say,  for instance, when a country is secure, it'll attract tourists and foreign investors. This would in turn increase the GDP of that country. Technology and innovation aids industrialization. A country with bad governance can't grow nor develop. Carrying out business activities would be difficult, and bad policies hinders growth.

In the development of a country, human resources, good governance and control of corruption, proper economic system, proper use of resources and development of political infrastructure are the basis. Especially improving the quality of education so that everyone can use their strength. If there is no skill, then the people of that country will not be able to lead the country towards development. No resource is useful without educated, aware and skilled people with proper education.
