Why I emphasizing on that because if a team put more emphases on one player, it affects the general performance because anything happens to that player, they might loss the game.
Super Eagles should have more players like Osimhen.

In a field where we have musa and Messi together, Messi is the dangerous player on the field, in as much they will also want to clap down Musa. Our other attackers are good, maybe they don't sing their names on the global stage as Osimhen but they all play for top clubs and doing really well. The last game against Benin is what they needed to boost their confidence, for the four teams competing in the playoffs, we should be the one to qualify, our only chance of qualifying into the World Cup.

As is stance now, Victor Osimhen is our only hope in this Play off. So let's keeping on praying for him to stay strong for us lol. They did, what you said brings us to the conclusion that only Osimhen can never make the whole teams, so our qualification does not depend on him or any player but rather our qualification will depend on the entire team, of course chukwueze did marvelous in that game and I think he should even be remember first for those assists because without him may dont know it we would have won that match, I know what I want to say may look strange, the super eagles may do better without Osimhen this time, note, am not ruling out the fact that we need him in the team but if situation have that he is absent then we can go in without him and still come out great is just a matter of serious term work and coordination that is all we need.

I haven't seen any reasons regarding that, it'd be a shame to publicly reject players who want to change allegiance to their parent country. It's a football and this is normal. We have many of them too in our national team. Players who came back after they were left out from where they started.

Nketiah is an incredible talent, they don't have that much talent like that in their squad. Success attracts more Success.

You are on point to say that Osimhen is not our only hope, because he alone can't bring victory to the Super Eagles without the collective effort of all the players.

The Super Eagles have tried to qualify for the playoffs. It's this time that their whole efforts as a team are needed to qualify for the World Cup. If they don't play as a team, they decide to rely on a particular player instead to bring forth winning for the team. Who are they doing, is it not themselves if they should fail to qualify? Which I think, it will be a shame to them all that with the caliber of players in the team, they couldn't qualify for the World Cup after performing well in their last two matches

I arranged it like this because Victor Osimhen performance in both the international and National level is incredible. In most time the pick comes from the international games. And this days, Mohamed Salah performance is not encouraging and if it persistence he will drastically reduce from the ranking.

 
Don't get it twisted, the ranking above are simply being judged from last seasons performance. Don't forget Hamimi won everything last season. The champions league and everything that pertains the French league 1, he won. I should have placed him ahead of Mohamed Salah, but he had crazy numbers in the Premier League Competition likewise Champions league competition, do not forget he also won the Premier league competition. Serhou Guirassy likewise, if you followed these players up last season, you'd come to agreement easily.

As for the caf award, though in recent times the award has favoured more of the attacking players, and with those that are contesting this year award, the clear favourite is Achraf hakimi which is a defensive player of Paris saint Germain, so anything that makes him not to win it this time, which is going to encourage and spur all defenders, it's definitely going to put the award in a negative light like being bias, so Achraf hakimi must be the winner of this year caf best player award if they really want to be fair and encourage defensive players of give their all hoping to be recognize along the line.

I don't know your personal reasons why you believe Victor Osimhen should come last in your picks for CAF player of the year, but whatever your reasons are, Victor Osimhen shouldn't be ranked last. If there are players who performed better than Victor Osimhen last season, I believe it's Achraf Hakimi and Mohammed Salah.

I disagree with you. Whether the player in a talent or good, since he rejected them at the initial time, he should not come back again to join the team in that the same tournament. And it is not really wise to just accept a player that refuse to play with them. He has to follow the procedures to join the team next time. He needs to follow them to train and play for National Competitions and stay for beach for two to three International games. Then he will will allowed to join the team to play next world Cup.
He should go and join England and play there, why coming back to a team that he rejected to play. I congratulate Ghana for qualifying on the World Cup.

It’s up to the Ghanaian national team to decide whether or not to accept Nketiah and I’m happy with their decision because if it was a Nigerian I would say the Super Eagles should outrightly reject them. We can’t be your second choice when there are thousands of local talents to choose from.

The latest news coming in from FIFA is that Nigeria ranked up back to 4th position in Africa and 41 in the world football rankings after a rough and tough time during the qualifiers match. The last match in which they won Benin Republic Gav them a boost by increasing their points in the world rankings criteria used to rank national teams and their performance.  If Nigeria really had performed well from the beginning of this qualifiers series, they would have climbed up the list to top Africa as the best team but it is unfortunate that Nigeria dropped in rank both in world ranking and continental ranking as well.

In my opinion is not something to be excited about. The Super Eagles hasn’t improved in their performance, a boost in “Africa’s rankings” does not change the fact that our boys are not dependable and trusted to win important matches. I think Osimhen is able to score goals in this team because he is well rounded striker and can be a one man show. If you take Osimhen out of the team and we have nothing. Just a bunch of good players who can’t play together as a team.

Very funny though, Osimhen is the key player while the rest of the others are just there for nothing, they couldn't show themselves during osimhens absense in their matches and I must say that they should be ashamed of their performance during those matches after all they are well known players across the globe and should have bring in their expertise and experience into play to cover up the lapses in the absence of Osimhen. The ranking is nothing but a shambles to deceive them and if they are not up and doing, they might likely be kicked out of the game.

Well spoken. Eddie Nketiah is a good player but I doubt he has the same fighting spirit like the other South African player. I am in support, if Ghanaian at the end of the day rejects him.

In the meantime, I got some recent news about Khvicha Kvaratskhelia of PSG. He wants to play for South Africa now, after Georgia was unable to qualify for the World Cup. Wow.. this will be hard for South Africa because he is a very good player.

I thought the super eagles would get automatic ticket to the World Cup when South Africa was penalised for featuring ineligible player against Lesotho, which make FIFA deduct South African points, but it didn't stop South Africa from getting the automatic ticket in their group. Exclusive of the super eagles, the 3 teams in the playoffs are strong teams, but if the super eagles can maintain the determination and hunger they played with in the Benin Republic game, they can win Gabon to play the playoff finals with either Cameroon or Congo. The super eagles should make sure they get a ticket to the World Cup through the playoffs since it is the only chance left for us now.

The point they penalized them with was a match point so it wasn't that much to fall them as you think, initially they were the highest so they already got big point so when they minus the one match they still stop at the second with a close to the country that got the favour of going to were they come from, so if it was two match point that was removed from there initial they would have gone home while Benin would have been on the place super eagles is soon to start. South Africa is a determination country because they still return after everything. Featuring unallowed player next time will not be repeated as they have witnessed what there actions could have caused.

The South Africa points deduction could have made South Africa miss a place in the world cup, but the super eagles defeating Benin Republic cleared the road for South Africa to automatically qualify for the World Cup. Yeah, South Africa were determined to qualify for the world cup because they didn't allow their points deduction to break them. After South Africa have seen what their actions could have cost them in the world cup qualification, i believe they will not try to cheat in any tournament since they know the end result if they are caught in the act.
