We saw a good performance from nigeria in the first half. But the sad thing is that despite attacking a lot, the nigerian players could not score a single goal. They managed to take a total of 12 shots, 4 of which were on target. But we did not see any goals  in the first half.

On the other hand , the Gabon players could not even make any counterattacks. In the second half, Nigeria will definitely increase their attack speed. I especially want to see  goals from osimhen. Osimhen  is successful in the Galatasaray jersey. He will have  to play well in the national team jersey as well.

There is a lot of time to play  atleast a whole 45mins and with the way Nigeria is playing so offensive they can be hit at one good counter attack by Gabon which if they convert will give them a goal and it would be a totally different case all together of actually Gabon gets to score first. Nigeria should stay conscious of their backline when they pour all out attacking because sometimes it's the team with lesser effort at playing that ends up winning the match.

I really don't know where you saw the good performance from Nigeria, they only had initial pressure but far into the match most of the players looked tired while the Gabon players liked more energetic and determined.

Nigeria need to improve on their tactics and coordination, else this semi final might be going Gabon's way. Nigerian team aren't opening up for themselves well, more like when a player holds the ball, there's almost no one to release it to since most of them are overlapping. I hope to see a better performance this second half.

The Gabonese side are being too defensive conscious, they're trying so hard to stop the Nigerian players from finding the back of the net, their actual plan is to form a perimeter at their back line and wait for the break to counter the Nigerian defense and so far, they are really getting it right, and I expect the Nigerian coach to understand this and perhaps come up with a different strategy since the opponents have decided to frustrate our chances at goal in the first half.

I am not seeing anything impressive with super eagles and the Gabon team due to no goal. Even though I have a bet on this match but at least any of the team need to score a goal so that we can understand where this match is going. If the super eagles don't want to score, Gabon need to score even if I am going to lose my bet on this match.

He really struggles on international duty and we cant even pin point where the challenge is really coming from but at least He has been taken of now lets see what simon can do, even victor boniface has the same case whenever he plays for nigeria.
I am also glad the penalty wasn't awarded because the way we are playing, it will be really difficult to have a comeback.
Our only hope is a cross to oshimen and expect a magic.

The Super Eagles are dominating Gabon now, and they should have at least score a goal by now but they aren't make use of their chances very well. What makes you believe that the Super Eagles aren't ready for the match? because from what I am seeing, the Super Eagles are playing better than Gabon in this match.

I'm disappointed the game isn't going well for Nigeria in the second half, in the first half we had good chances to score but they missed all of them, nothing seems to be happening and we are struggling now than in the first 45 minutes.

Lookman has been subbed off, he's been too greedy on the ball, that is also a problem for him, i've seen open chances he should have passed but instead he wants to progress, our chances remains slim unless for a miracle, because it is already around 80 minutes, just one goal right now will advance us to the next round.
