I'm not watching the game at the moment, so I cannot confirm what you just said but if our goalkeeper is employing delay tactics when we are not even winning, then that's not good. What's the essence of delaying the game when it's a stalemate? I'm not a fan of Nwabali, especially after he made a blunder that almost cost us the three points in our previous match. I hope we get a better replacement real soon.

Adams have broken the deadlock for Nigeria after a short pass from Gabon goalkeeper. Adams was fast enough to intercept the ball, dribbled the goalkeeper and put the ball into the empty net.

In my opinion Lookman hasn’t been impressive at all. It annoys me when I watch players who are obviously talented and are the main players for their club sides struggle with national team games. Osimhen is our hope right now, I don’t see us winning if he doesn’t score.

Am vouching that for sure they are absolutely going to for down on penalties and you know one thing about the game of penalty? It's a game of luck and their is absolutely no professional at it because even the most talented players often get to miss out on penalties and same goes for the stronger team too. Gabon have kept their cool and managed to equalize a one goal lead and am sure that they will hold out till penalties.

It would have been game over with almost the last minute change that Victor Osimhen wasted. Osimhen was given a through pass and he was one on one with the goal keeper we all thought Osimhen had converted the goal but our prolific striker missed the ball and shoot the ball wide off the post. It was really disappointing moment for the super eagles. Osimhen will be heavily criticise if the super eagles lose this match. What a wasted effort from him, he should better score a goal to make up for the missed chances.

It is indeed a tough ones tonight.  Equalising at the dieing minutes when it felt like its finally a victory for Nigeria.  
And victory Osimen just had a golden opportunity to make a win for Nigeria with the second goal again but its still turned out to be an unfortunate miss. Lets see how the extra time would go. All hope is not lost for Nigeria.  They can still make this happen .

It’s quite unfortunate that the defenders left Mario Leminna free, and the goal keeper was a bit outside and couldn’t hold or point the ball and they leveled up. However, we had the opportunity to score a late winner goal from Victor Osimhen has he had  one on one with Gabonese Keeper; but he couldn’t score which is unusual for him, it’s just that we are not lucky to score that goal.

Nevertheless, the extra time is going on, I hope the Super Eagles will score now because Ghanians are just waiting for any opportunity to mock Nigerians since they have already secured their spot

I don't know why the Super Eagles are fond of giving someone hope, and before you know what is happening,  they will take the hope from you. I thought the Super Eagles would defend their one goal lead against Gabon till the last minute of the match but it only took Gabon eleven minutes to level up against the Super Eagles. I hope the Super Eagles edge Gabon in an additional 30 minutes, because I don't want a penalty shootout in this match.

Haha and Gabon equalised late on just a minute before added time. Gabon really impressed in the qualifying rounds and was only second to Ivory Coast in their group and thought they were going to give Nigeria lots of nightmares but it's Nigeria that game them the nightmare. Nigeria played well but was solid defence wise and thus kept out of should I say repel the Nigerian attackers. Nigeria would have scored earlier on and not just one goal.

And that has always been one of the biggest problem of the Super Eagles to want to feel relaxed after scoring a single goal, as if it can't be equalized. But however, it's 99 minutes already and Ejuke from Nigeria has just scored a second goal, making it 2 goals to 1 right now. Which still shows that at least the Super Eagles have an advantage of winning tonight game against Gabon. Because to be frankly speaking, if the Super Eagles fail to win this game and qualify for the World Cup next year, the whole country will blame them, most especially as a result of the protest they did few days ago about the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF). So I will be very glad if Osinhem could help these guys win this match.

Indeed they deserve the win and the job is done for this time but not entirely finished because the play offs continues as they still have one game to play and that would be the team that wins from the fixture between Cameron vs Dr congo, I don't think this win is worth the celebration yet because alot can still happen as they would or might get something either than winning in the next game which can just overshadow the whole celebration this night if that actually happens.
