I lost more than one Bitcoin to Freebitco, rolling their Hi and Low games in 2017, I know one guy who lost 4 BTC to them too, I bet this platform has a lot of Bitcoin today, they are whales in disguise.

The year was 2017 and I can't help but think about FreeBitco and few others where it's been proven that many people lost their Bitcoin to them.

I am pretty sure that many people on this forum lost their Bitcoin this way too, I can't help but think that if we are to ask ourselves who the first whales are in this crypto space I will have to point to the likes of FreeBitco and others.

Back then many people doubled their Bitcoin this way and many lost theirs, where are all those Bitcoin today? Freebitco is still working till date, they must have big bags of Bitcoin now.

Did these people ask or pleased with you to enrich them?   (just being sarcastic tho), but you might not have held the 1 Bitcoin till it gets to today's price or value. Honestly, if you had not spend your 1 Bitcoin in freebitco, would you be able to hold it till now? I am guessing that you would have sold it before now. Whether people are still gambling or betting with Bitcoin or not, it doesn't stop the casino from being richer, gamblers are still enriching the casinos irrespective of any currency they are using (be it Bitcoin, fiat, cryptocurrencies) .

Imagine losing one Bitcoin and you still call it fun, maybe the person will refuse to check the price of Bitcoin today else he will break down in tears for big such a huge financial mistake. Gambling is not always fun when there is painful loss such as the OP have described. You may not be forced to gamble but assuming you knew you are in serious business, maybe you would have stopped when you knew it was not giving you the money you expected to win.

First of all gambling isn't something that you are being forced to do, we all gamble by choice and not because we are compelled to... losing enriches them but you are the one putting your money in it..The funny thing is that even though a thousand people stops gambling today these companies would still be rich because the population of people gambling would still be on the high rise.. losing isn't fun that's why you must stake moderately

Probably, they should be a good investors if they have by that time hold, we have a number of people who also had the opportunity if you have some sats then, some store them and some use them for other purpose.

But ultimately you decided to gamble with your bitcoin with the hope of getting fun or more bitcoin in returns but it went the other way and you should have known the two possible outcomes of wagering so why blame the platform for your decision to gamble.

That only applies to this day because back on that day the price of bitcoin isn't even at $40k if you make a research. If it were this time then as you have said it will be a big mistake financial mistake and will be on tears. I am sure it would be fun during that time but there will be regrets to this day thinking "I should have hold the 1 bitcoin at that time then I would have earned a huge profit to this day but as others have said, it won't be easy to do it. Gambling platforms are business so they should have lots of bankroll if they are running for years.

The person who lost up to 4 BTC in gambling must be chasing losses that could be the reason why he lost that number of Bitcoin in gambling, also the price of Bitcoin as at 2017 when the lost occurred according to op was not too high so may be the person wasn't expecting the price of Bitcoin to go higher than it was that could be the reason why he decided to keep gambling till he lost up to 4 BTC. Gambling doesn't promise anyone riches it's either you lose and go broke or you get lucky once and still lose it another day.

Freebitco has turned into a scam website with the plethora of scam accusations against them, but if you lost money playing on the casino that is not illegal and is the risk that comes with gambling. There is the possibility you will win big and you can also lose. There were some accusations that their casino was not provably fair, but I did not do more research on that.

You should try to gamble responsibly and only use funds left over when you have savings and investments sorted out.

Exactly, you get what you paid for and since it’s gambling, I think you must be ready for any outcome. But spiraling 1BTC to gambling is something I can never do because getting 1 BTC alone will be an achievement to me, then why should I gamble?

You decided to place bet by yourself, and I will say nobody forced you, I will say you decided to enrich them, because nobody forced you to gamble with bitcoin, and nobody forced you to gamble with them, it’s your choice, after losing some money, you should have just stopped gambling during that period.

When it comes to gambling, most people complain about loss alone, but they don’t talk about the amount they have won, and when they winning, they don’t say anything, but you going to see people complain that they losing money. I do not recommend using your bitcoins to gamble, for financial and privacy reasons, there are other alternatives that you can use that work well for these things, but if you want to do it anyway there is no problem, now whether you lose or win is no longer the casinos' fault, but the fault is yours for betting 2 bitcoins in them, maybe your story is losing 2 bitcoins, and someone else's winning 10, the point is that this is how the game is, there is no guilty party, everyone is responsible for their actions.

There is no need for regrets now, how sure are you that those bitcoins would still be intact if you didn't gamble with them then? I like many other people have played there especially since the Lambo lottery started have lost a lot as I was trying to have the wagering requirement done, sometimes I even managed to spend a lot of money and did have like 35-50 tickets, also one time won in the wheel of fortune there 50 Golden tickets which if I remember correctly is the same as a Lambo ticket, the Lambo was 200.000 dollars and one could opt to get the prize in Bitcoin which I think it was the main motivator that kept people spending a whole fortune trying to win that Lambo. One time one guy who won it said that he had lost much more than the 200.000 dollars he won so he was not happy at all, since I read that I immediately quit playing there.

I have lost more then i care to admit in there, as i registered quite early to it. It wasn't much in dollars back then, but it sure was a ton of dollars if we just look at the lost btc value now. I rather not think about it as no one knew what's going to happen.

I know i shouldn't judge book by the cover, but am honestly baffled how freebitco.in is even still around. It looked like a scam from the start, and if i had to choose top 2 most sure exit scams in crypto, first would have been yobit and 2nd freebitco.in. And i can't believe they are both still alive.
