Release Update

Hey there,

As you've probably noticed, the release hasn't happened yet, even though we previously said we would try to release by February 4th.
At this point, the release will happen when it's ready, setting a fixed date no longer makes sense for our situation.

Here's why:
Over the past month, development has been extremely intensive.
While everything worked as expected on testnet, we ran into major differences on mainnet due to library discrepancies and compatibility issues.
Parts of the originally implemented backend, specifically the blockchain module, don't behave correctly with certain assets on mainnet.
As a result, we are now reworking the technical backend and redesigning the blockchain module specifically for mainnet conditions.

The beta test was still hugely valuable.
It helped us uncover and eliminate a large number of bugs early on.
However, the project's core now needs to be adapted to the real-world constraints of five different mainnet blockchains, and that process is taking more time than anticipated.

As we've said before, quality is our top priority, everything else comes second.

You may also have noticed that we've been less active on the forums and haven't yet shared our long-term vision for evolving the project into a broader ecosystem.
That's intentional. We'll share all of that once the product is live and operating reliably.

A bit more context on development: the core part of the project is a blockchain module written entirely from scratch.
There's no off-the-shelf manual for this, so we are building, testing, and refining it ourselves.
That level of customization is powerful, but it also means certain parts of development take longer.

I think you'll have to start a new testing campaign or something similar, it is obvious that you have significant updates here compared to the first version, even before the review campaign.

Take your time, there is no reason to rush things, and it's better to double check everything before the main release than to apologize later.
I would even consider hiring some security company to fully scan your code again before exchange final launch.

I think you'll have to start a new testing campaign or something similar, it is obvious that you have significant updates here compared to the first version, even before the review campaign.

Maybe having another small closed campaign with few selected individuals would be a good idea.

Release Update


Guys, we know you are probably tired of reading another update about release delays.
Trust us, we are just as tired of delays as you are. But releasing an unfinished product isn't an option for us, especially when user funds are involved.

We want to briefly explain why the delays are happening, despite two successful BETA TESTS.

TESTNET vs MAINNET reality:
We've learned the hard way that successful testing on TESTNET doesn't guarantee identical behavior on MAINNET.
Even with a carefully designed test environment, the differences between testnet and mainnet are significant.
Many libraries behave differently or are simply incompatible, which forces us to update, rewrite, and adapt large portions of the system.

Solana (SOL) & Tron (TRX): Unexpected MAINNET behavior
During TESTNET testing, Solana and Tron worked flawlessly.
However, once deployed to MAINNET, we encountered a large volume of spam transactions, including dust transfers and lookalike transactions with similar amounts and addresses (a common wallet-level attack vector).
In some cases, these micro-transactions were reaching the buffer wallet before legitimate user transfers. As a result, the system incorrectly assigned statuses such as Dead Wallet (due to extremely small amounts) or Underpayment, which prevented the exchange from executing.
To resolve this, we built an anti-spam filtering layer for Solana and Tron from scratch, ensuring our blockchain module only processes the exact intended transfer amounts.

Monero (XMR): Mainnet Latency and Reverse Engineering
With Monero, we initially tested on our own STAGENET node without issues.
However, once switching to MAINNET, we began experiencing latency-related errors that caused failed sends.
The difficult part: there is very limited documentation on this specific issue. We had to reverse-engineer the behavior and identify the root cause ourselves. It took significant time and effort, but the issue has now been resolved.

Collector Module rewrite:
Because much of the blockchain module had to be rewritten for MAINNET compatibility, the original Collector Module became incompatible. Roughly 70% of it had to be rebuilt to align with the new architecture.

We are currently finalizing the updated Collector Module.
Once this is complete and fully tested, we expect to move forward with the release.

At the end, we would like to say that looking at current crypto market trends, we are more confident than ever that we made the right decision with Bridgoro.

As more exchanges move toward mandatory KYC/AML frameworks, we believe there should still be space for privacy-focused infrastructure, lets say a small island for true crypto enthusiasts who value self-sovereignty.

Finally, we are ready to release Bridgoro tomorrow (March 17).
Today we are finishing a few minor fixes, and registration will open to everyone tomorrow.

We will also publish details about user levels and the earning system.

For the first month, we will closely monitor how exchanges are processed. If you send a test transaction with an overpayment, don't worry, it won't be treated as a dumb fee and will be refunded.
