🚨Update: They marked my review as defamatory, but Trustpilot decided that it wasn't, so another red flag 🚩 that they don't like it when a customer tells the truth about their experience. Anyway, I had prepared evidence, as I expected from them.
Ha ha. These guys are completely crazy. Apparently, they are trying to impose censorship on users.
I don't think it's censoring you, but rather that you haven't posted proof yet. You could start by posting proof that you deposited money into the casino, proof of any dialogue you had with support, proof of emails you received from the casino about the block and the reason. Proof that you played with balance X and won Y, and that when you tried to withdraw you couldn't. As @Agbe said, without proof it's impossible to believe you.
Think about this: everyone here on the forum is anonymous, we don't know anyone's face and we don't know the attitudes of each person or their ethics and honesty in the real world. That's why when you accuse someone, a company, or a casino, you need to show proof so we can analyze and decide whether we're on your side or not.
Another very important point is that there's a section for scam accusations where you can create a thread, post proof, and discuss your problem there, not in this thread. In this thread, the author can indeed report your post as spam and have it deleted. Rules are rules and we must respect them.
