I had this account for around 2 weeks, I made many deposits, lost a lot, then finally had a nice win of $10,000, soon as I went to withdraw they wanted me to verify kyc, that’s ok I said as I know I can verify. I verified my kyc which took a whole 55 hours to do even know it should take an hour or less, then after my kyc was verified my account was blocked, they said I had multiple accounts and decided to hold the winnings and close the account, I’ll be lying if I said I wasn’t mad, but all these 5 star reviews on this casino are what made me use the website and I want to warn anyone thinking about it to steer away. They made up claims with no evidence and no truth to it and ended up taking my money. I want it noted that prior to making the withdrawal requests I lost a lot so really my withdrawal would’ve been me breaking even.

Your accusation is baseless here since you don't have solid evidence to back it up. When you are accusing a casino, you have to provide some evidences to back it up and not an ordinary plain text. You could start by posting proof that you deposited money into the casino, proof of any dialogue you had with support, proof of emails you received from the casino about the block and the reason.
